Discover sturgeon, a fascinating fish that has inhabited the waters of the Dordogne river since prehistoric times and provides us with a precious and rare delicacy : caviar. During this private tour, you will learn about the different stages of sturgeon and trout farming as well as the manufacturing processes for derived products (caviar, smoked fish, etc.) At the end of the visit, you will have the privilege of tasting the farm's products accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine : caviar, caviar butter, smoked sturgeon and trout, trout eggs, creamy sturgeon and trout.

Enjoy a caviar guided-tour of a sturgeon fish-farm and have a caviar tasting at the Estate, in Neuvic, Dordogne. At the end of the tour we prupose an unusual experience, you can tring to catch a sturgeon into the visitor pool (only 4 volunteers). The guide teach you. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 min and is followed by the tasting. During the tasting, you will be able to try 2 different caviar Baeri and Oscietra, caviar butter, and sturgeon rillettes made at the Estate you just visited.
