Julia’s walking history...
Julia’s walking history and art tour in Florence was fantastic! She’s knowledgeable, engaging, and brings the city to life with warmth and passion. She even tailored the experience for my daughter and me, taking us inside the Duomo when the line was short and sharing fascinating insights. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to truly experience Florence!

Florence highlight
We booked a private tour with Olga and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Florence. Olga is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's history, art, and culture. She didn't just recite facts; she brought the stories of Florence to life.
Beyond the history of the sites, she was more than happy to answer all our random questions about Florence and gave us great context about the city that you wouldn't get from a guidebook. Highly recommend booking with her if you want a deep dive into Florence!

Something You Can Only do in Florence
This tour was such a fun and informational experience. I felt like I was walking through Florence with a new friend, who shared lots of fun facts and history about Florence. The wine windows are such a cool tradition, and I love them many of them are operational once again. I would highly recommend this tour!

Great tour to see more interesting places as a drive by
Wonderful way to see the city and hear about the beautiful buildings with Ruben. He was informative and he took us to some of the more interesting places. We had no interest in museums or going inside the churches so this was the best option for us with the short time we had to visit.

Fabulous day out at the waterfalls
Short journey to the boat. Clean and comfortable. Good choice of drinks and snacks. Crew were fantastic, friendly and helpful made the experience relaxed. Took us to a cave where a natural small waterfall covered those who wanted at the front of the boat then off to the spectacular waterfalls. Boat got close enough to feel the cold spray from the waterfall as it fell to the sea. Lunch was lovely, chicken, pasta and salad then ride back to pick up point. A really enjoyable relaxing trip, would definitely recommend this trip and company for helpful, confident communication. Thank you ☺️

Thrilling, Family-Friendly Adventure — Perfect for First-Timers!
We booked this tour through Viator because we were travelling with a 5-year-old child and my wife, who cannot swim. The listing stated that no swimming or rafting experience was required, which was reassuring — and it turned out to be absolutely true. There were many other families with young children, and we all had a fantastic time.
We initially booked rafting only, unsure whether the dirt buggy and zip-lining portions would be suitable for a 5-year-old. However, when we arrived, we were encouraged to upgrade for an extra €50, and the staff assured us it would be safe — and they were right.
We started with the dirt buggy ride, which was exhilarating. There were both 2-person and 4-person (family-sized) buggies available. Halfway through, you’re allowed to swap drivers. Although my wife was initially nervous, she ended up loving it. You will get covered in mud from splashing through puddles and standing water — but don’t worry, everyone gets jet-washed afterward (completely painless and even a bit fun!).
Next, we hopped into open-top jeeps for a scenic drive through the canyon — the views were stunning. Their photography team captured plenty of moments along the way, which you can purchase later.
Then came the rafting, and yes, the water is ice cold — likely glacial. Our guide, Fatih, was absolutely brilliant. While some boats were engaged in water fights, he kindly asked others not to splash us, as we had children aboard — and they respectfully obliged. Children sit safely in the middle of the boat while adults paddle around the edges. You’re not allowed to dangle arms or legs over the side for safety reasons, but there’s no fear of the raft tipping. The ride has a few bumps but it’s all well controlled.
There are optional stops where you can jump into the river — about 1.5 meters deep in places — and it’s a refreshing break from the heat. The paddling gives you a decent upper arm workout too!
Lunch was included and very tasty: one chicken skewer, rice, a delicious grain dish, and cabbage salad. Drinks (including water) are extra. There’s also a mid-rafting break with toilets and a chance to try warm Turkish pancakes filled with cheese or chocolate — highly recommended.
Finally, we did the zip-lining. My wife was hesitant but gave it a try — it felt perfectly safe. If you ask, the staff will clip your child in with an adult so they can ride securely on your lap. Just remember to lift your feet before landing!
Special thanks to Fatih, our fantastic raft guide, and Ammar, who welcomed us warmly, spoke excellent English, showed us where to park, and ensured we were well looked after throughout the day. These two made the experience especially memorable.
Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a full-day adventure that’s fun, safe, and unforgettable.

Rafting, buggy, zip line
The day started great the pick up from my hotel was on time. We arrived at the first destination and everything was organised well. We had a great time doing the rafting. The the buggy drive was good. Lunch was also fine. The jeep safari was not so good, considering we had young ones on our vehicle the driver was a loon.

Sacha is a true Gem!!!
Be sure to come hungry because the food was phenomenal as was the wine. Sacha was so personable and we just loved her. She has such a special talent for making a connection with people. The primary pasta restaurant was so fantastic that we went back the next night for steaks. If you are in Florence and hungry for some great food options, take advantage of this tour and ask for Sacha. You won’t be disappointed just stuffed!!!

Very interesting tour with knowledgeable guide
This was a very interesting trip. The guide Raphaelo was extremely knowledgeable and with a sharp wit! There was a young family in the same group and he kept them engaged for the full two hours - so a good guide for all the family. Also good to do this tour in the evening - although still hot, we were able to stand in the shade from time to time. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful!
Irina was great! She was clearly very knowledgeable about the city and was able to thoroughly answer any questions I had. She had a lot of visual aides that made a lot of the material easier to understand and engaging. She took us to a few places off the beaten path and had great recommendations for the rest of our visit to Florence!

Interesting and informative!
We booked this tour last minute, wanting to learn more about the Florentine history that isn’t captured in the main museums. We were not disappointed. Vanessa, our tour guide, provided an overview of the Medici family tree so we’d have context before entering the chapels and walking to various landmarks throughout the city. She shared lots of insight into the family’s influence while also giving us some time to roam on our own. The information we gathered from this tour helped us to better appreciate the Palazzo Pitti which we visited later that day. If it’s your first time in Florence and you’re looking for a tour with a solid foundation of the city’s history (as influenced greatly by the Medici) this is the tour to book.

Elisabetta was very...
Elisabetta was very friendly and knew A LOT about the Medicis, as well as a ton of other related-subjects, such as the artistry and craftsmanship needed to build and maintain their chapel. I highly recommend this tour for something different and deeper in Florence.
