What are people saying about Asheville

Tony is a great guide!...
Tony is a great guide! The hotel pickup is a great touch and takes the stress out of getting to and from the hikes. The spots he took us to were incredible. There is a lot of time in the car and not as much hiking, but overall it’s a great day and well worth it.

10 out of 10
My husband and two teenage sons had a wonderful, exciting time learning about Asheville and cruising various parts of the city on our Segway. I would have never known where to go, where to eat, and what to look for without our knowledgeable, positive, patient guide. A mixture of excitement in history. My kids said, “good choice mom.”

Old and Young Adventure
Jeep ride was fun, hikes weren't too difficult and Bryan was great. He knew a lot about the area. I recommend this tour for young and old! I'm 70 and my grands were 7, 12 and 13 and we all had a good time. I paced myself on the hikes and was able to see all the falls with the longest hike being about 1.5 miles round trip. Even in cooler weather with highs in the mid 40s it was comfortable. We were with two other groups and enjoyed each other's company. Bryan was great with the kids and even took my 7 year old down to Looking Glass Fall. I chose to not walk down the stairs right to the fall because the older kids wanted to stay behind. The fall is on the main road and it's just a simple walk up and down stairs, so I could have easily made it. We were offered blankets for warmth, water and snacks whenever we wanted them. The heat also kept us warm. Bryan made certain everyone was comfortable and ensured our safety both in the Jeep and on the hikes. He even got us to all yeehaw and woohoo together on the gravel road section which was off the beaten path with lots of twist, turns, and spectacular views. We also went up on the Blue Ridge Parkway for the view and no one was disappointed! I'm not in the best athletic shape, but was glad I went on this tour! If I can do it I think most people could take this tour as long as you can walk and don't have any conditions that limit your balance. (I even had back surgery and shoulder replacement). So go have some fun with your kids. I give it a solid 10 out of 10!!!
