We loved Tango Porteño!

Tango Porteño was a wonderful show in Buenos Aires. It’s right next to Teatro Colon, in the Entertainment District. The dancers were incredible, they looked effortless as they took us through the twists & turns of their tango movements. We did the ‘show only’ but ordered pizza and a bottle of wine. We got there about 45 minutes early to ensure a good seat.

Great Experience

Great show with a mix of dancing and singing. Very talented performers and discrete service during the show as well. It’s a large auditorium so some views are a little obstructed and its not an intimate venue if that is what you are looking for, but it is well organized and entertaining!

A solid night out

The show starts at 10pm. So, there is no need to get there before 9:30. Also, I wanted to order a cocktail instead of during the wine that came with my ticket (knowing I would have to pay for it) and it kind of threw them off as to why I wouldn’t want the included wine etc. With that said, the show was great and the band was superb as well!

Entertaining show!

The location was extremely close to our hotel so this option allowed us to get tickets for the tango only without the dinner, as we were able to have dinner nearby beforehand. The show itself was entertaining. We were seated near the back and it appears most other customers had been there for the pre dinner beforehand. They offered drinks and small snacks for purchase in your seats if you wanted.

Very enjoyable and a must do in Buenos Aires!

Well worth the experience!! Driver arrived in the allotted time in a clean minibus. The venue is wonderful with art deco features and like stepping back in time. The food was very good and a vegetarian option with plentiful wine and the staff were lovely The show is fantastic and well choreographed I chose to take a taxi home a bit earlier instead of waiting with the masses outside to get back. Highly recommend !

The theater is big and impressive. It is right next to Teatro Colon. The show was good overall. Maybe the singing part could have been shorter and the dancing part longer, but we were happy with the experience. We did not have the dinner. The show started around 10 pm and one could order drinks
