Very late, very unprofessional not impressed

Was in contact with driver before asking him if he could put our name on a sheet of paper just in case we didn’t have Internet connection we know who he was. The guy was so late. Another driver had to contact his company to find out where he was . When you eventually turned up no apology even the way out of the airport he took us away that it was pitch black. It wasn’t even a road so we’re bouncing up and down in the back for ages was really feeling really unsettled. Which was strange because we had gone back to that same airport twice cause we were on Safari trips and the drivers that we use never took that route ever so maybe took that route as a way out. I’m not paying to get out the airport, I’m not sure but very disappointed to say the least.
