Mady was a great guide. Really interesting walking tour full of local and historical knowledge. He was friendly, happy to answer and questions and was prompt and polite in communicating the meeting time/ place. I am travelling solo so it was great to see areas of Stone Town which I wouldn't necessarily have felt comfortable heading to on my own. The tour offered a lot packed into 3 hours and there was the added comfort of being met and dropped back at my hotel afterwards.

Stonetown is a vibrant, interesting and colourful town. It would have been easy to get lost without the assistance of a guide who new a great deal of the history of the area. Unfortunately a lot of the more interesting buildings were under renovation and covered in corrugated iron nevertheless it was a good tour.

En toppentur! Blev upphämtade på vårt hotell med taxi i Nungwi (som vi betalade en liten summa för fram o tillbaka). Mötte upp våran duktiga guide Mady. Han förklarade och berättade om allt som vi ville veta o lite till. Väldigt påläst om allt. Vi gick runt i staden genom gränder o gator och han visade oss allt som var värt att se. Vi fick se alla ställen som vi hade hoppats få se. Vi avslutade med en tur på marknaden där han tog oss runt och visade hela marknaden. En väldigt bra dag och tur som vi varmt kan rekommendera!
