Overview

Experience the rich cultural history and nature of Kepa Kurl—Esperance—with new eyes on this cultural heritage and bush tucker tour. After a Welcome to Country ceremony at Taananeditj (the Rotary Lookout overlooking West Beach) you’ll go on a gentle guided Walk on Country, learning all about the Nyungar history of the area and the seasonal plants and food that sustained life here for tens of thousands of years.

    Drive along Twilight Beach Road, follow signs up to ‘Dempster’s Head’ turn off on Doust Street Dempster’s Head and drive up to the Rotary Lookout. Once up top we will be there to greet you at the Information sign.
