We can pick up from most hotels and motels in Broome, however we are unable to collect guests from Air BnB's or private residences. We also offer a pick up from Broome Visitor Information Centre. If you have booked a pick up, this will be 45 minutes prior to your tour time.

- Closed toe footwear (no thongs)
- Due to safety requirements on the seaplane we have a weight restriction maximum of 265 pounds (120 kilograms) per person
- Your weight in kilograms must be provided at the time of booking
- The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining our tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctors approval prior to travel.
- Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- The Horizontal Falls is a natural phenomenon which are influenced by fluctuating tides that vary on a daily basis
- Supplier reserves the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances
- Minimum age is 4 years
- Children must be accompanied by an adult

This is the experience of a lifetime, that everyone should do. Their knowledge was so well put. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone involved should take a bow! That components that provided hori-falls team were excelent.
The organizational part that came from Viator was the worst I‘ve ever seen.
Mails with wrong information, responds that got no reaction and further more. In my eyes the Viator organization and their IT-system looks very unprofessional.
At the moment I would recommend the tour, but not with Viator

It was very rushed. Collected from designated spot by bus, driven to hanger, put into groups, weighed and board our flights, on arrival to Talbot bay coffee and tea offered. It was early I was staving as we had to meet the bus at 5am. Shark feeding and swim, it was 7am maybe breakfast then swim. Breakfast was served average buffet breakfast, pastry and slice stale. Then we were loaded into speed boats for cyclone alley and horizontal falls returned to mother ship, barely time to go to the bathroom before we were loaded back onto the plane for Broome. The scenic flight was good and then we returned to flying over the scrub for the last 40mins of the trip.
For the cost it could have been a whole lot better if not rushed so much, this is bucket list item.

It was perfectly organised so we were all comfortable and able to enjoy. In a group of 11 with prob over 24 more we felt alone. It was great. Food was amazing The aircraft was flown beautifully by Dana d we appreciated the scenes over the Dampier on the way up.
We found the actual trip over the falls was more exciting than expected. Our trip in 2013 was cancelled and refunded due to bad weather, so we made a return as planned

Had a great morning out. from pick up to drop off the tour ran like clockwork, the team was friendly, helpful, professional and our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job.
Although time was limited I never felt like we were being rushed at any point .

A must do to experience the Kimberley. The float plane ride was a first for us. It was warm so the flight had a few unpleasant moments due to the heat. But the pilot was great.
The Horizontal falls were amazing. One of a kind. Tip: check the tidal variance on the days you are looking at. Bigger the better.
The guides were informative and friendly. The breakfast was good.
Unless it is hot and you need a dip, I would pass on the option to swim as you are in a caged area and can actually see more from the platform than in the water.
The early pickup for the morning tour was challenging but worth it for the experience.

This trip is a must for everyone from the moment we were picked up. Flight in a Seaplane, Such beautiful scenery, there was swimming in a shark proof cage or just look down from above while they were being fed, a great breakfast, then that amazing boat ride through the falls, thank you for such an awesome day
