We can pick up from most hotels and motels in Broome, however we are unable to collect guests from Air BnB's or private residences. We also offer a pick up from Broome Visitor Information Centre. If you have booked a pick up, this will be 45 minutes prior to your tour time.

- Due to safety requirements on the seaplane we have a weight restriction maximum of 265 pounds (120 kilograms) per person
- Your weight in kilograms must be provided at the time of booking
- The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining our tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctors approval prior to travel.
- Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- The Horizontal Falls is a natural phenomenon which are influenced by fluctuating tides that vary on a daily basis
- Supplier reserves the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances

Was blown away by what we experienced. The whole half day was an absolute experience, from Riley our pilot to Callum and Ben our guides in the boat! This is the experience of a lifetime, that everyone should do. Their knowledge was so well put. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone involved should take a bow! Thank you, we will spread the word near and far!

Definitely take this tour! Everything was professionally done from start to finish. The sea plane pilots and boat skippers seemed very skilled, we were never concerned about safety. We enjoyed the presentation by the local aboriginal tribe member. The scenery we flew over and the area of the falls themselves was spectacular.
Amazing experience, very well organised from pickup to drop off, flying there was a great way to see the remote part of Australia
I have seen a lot of things in Australia and this rates right up there with the best. Everything from the stunning views on the flight up, to swimming with the sharks and the incredible falls themselves, this tour was worth every cent. Can’t speak highly enough about the people and the place.

The Horizontal Falls is a phenomenally beautiful experience, not to be missed!! Seeing one million litres of water flow through this narrow passage every second is mind blowing!
The experience was extremely well organised and supportive with transfers from accommodation through to well sequenced activities including an informative flight from Broome (thankyou Ben)- showcasing the beautiful country below a short and relaxing cruise up Talbot creek (Taylah was a wonderful host) while staff prepared a beautiful fresh barramundi lunch. The highlight was the jet boat trip through horizontal falls with an expert driver (Ado - what a ride!) Exhilarating!!!
This activity is well organised, you get to see a range of different experiences and don’t feel rushed.
This was the highlight of my trip. Broome to Horizontal falls by sea plane. The magical colours of the landscape on the flight, amazing. The river, the bay, the pontoon, lunch then the unbelievable boat ride though the horizontal falls. Bucket list stuff.

That components that provided hori-falls team were excelent.
The organizational part that came from Viator was the worst I‘ve ever seen.
Mails with wrong information, responds that got no reaction and further more. In my eyes the Viator organization and their IT-system looks very unprofessional.
At the moment I would recommend the tour, but not with Viator

We went through the falls multiple times
It was very rushed. Collected from designated spot by bus, driven to hanger, put into groups, weighed and board our flights, on arrival to Talbot bay coffee and tea offered. It was early I was staving as we had to meet the bus at 5am. Shark feeding and swim, it was 7am maybe breakfast then swim. Breakfast was served average buffet breakfast, pastry and slice stale. Then we were loaded into speed boats for cyclone alley and horizontal falls returned to mother ship, barely time to go to the bathroom before we were loaded back onto the plane for Broome. The scenic flight was good and then we returned to flying over the scrub for the last 40mins of the trip.
For the cost it could have been a whole lot better if not rushed so much, this is bucket list item.

It was perfectly organised so we were all comfortable and able to enjoy. In a group of 11 with prob over 24 more we felt alone. It was great. Food was amazing The aircraft was flown beautifully by Dana d we appreciated the scenes over the Dampier on the way up.
We found the actual trip over the falls was more exciting than expected. Our trip in 2013 was cancelled and refunded due to bad weather, so we made a return as planned

Had a great morning out. from pick up to drop off the tour ran like clockwork, the team was friendly, helpful, professional and our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job.

Truely amazing scenery, our tour guides were very knowledgeable, and the food was good, I cannot recommend highly enough.
An absolutely amazing experience. Such a remote part of Australia but this company makes it easily accessible. Staff are wonderful, lunch was delicious and we got a number of activities rolled into one.
