This tour was completely improvised. It didn't follow the agenda nor times for each activity. People pretty much took as much time as they wanted leaving the rest waiting. For the same money look for another tours much more organized and professional.

Dear AOFU, the tour follows times a guide and cant be 100 percent control and find your review unfair as we are depending on wildlife which is the penguins next time I will ask them to make sure they have their watches on and tell you they are coming at this exact time you wont have to wait so long. 2. As according to the witnesses on the bus your only upset as my driver had to ask you to stop being rude and disrespectful and again your showing it here by complaining about people taking their time while going to the toilet as this is something we all need to do I dont think its our fault we respected the clients wishes allow them to go to the toilet. I really disappointed in viator we call on them or a legal group to investigate this review how can anyone be allow to complain about another group of people going to the toilet...unbelievable.
