We had the best time on the Mount Buller tour, and that was mostly thanks to our guide, James. From start to finish, he brought so much energy and warmth to the day, going way beyond what we expected. What could have been a long, tiring excursion turned into a string of memorable moments and laughs, even as everyone started to feel the day catching up to them. It was awesome to see how easily he switched things up to entertain both adults and kids. One minute we were chatting about wombats, the next we were marvelling at ice crashing down from the roof, and not long after, he was caught up in a clever mind game with a six-year-old in the group. If you get the chance to tour Mount Buller with him, you’re in for an incredible day. The Mount Buller day tour is a long trip that offers a short, four-hour window on the mountain and just enough to explore, enjoy the snow, and take in the scenery, but not enough time for skiing or snowboarding. It’s ideal if you want a quick taste of the alpine atmosphere without committing to a full day on the slopes. The experience is mostly about sampling the landscape and fresh mountain air, making it a simple, no-pressure getaway rather than a full ski adventure. Thank you so much!☺️

It was my partner’s first time experiencing snow, and we were incredibly lucky to witness a generous snowfall that truly transformed the place into a winter wonderland. Orlando was an excellent guide, very kind and informative, made sure everyone was comfy and well taken care off...LOVED the walk, beautiful to see everything white and the views were awesome....timing was just perfect as the crowds hadn't come in yet, so we didn't waste time waiting in queues, which was awesome, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour 🥰
