very interesting tour of a fascinating and lively city. Joaquín is an excellent guide, he has a lot of enthusiasm for showing you the neighborhoods and giving you a good overview of the city, he will take good care of you!

We had a fabulous walking tour with Joachim today. He is very knowledgeable and able to provide information on past history to the current colorful environment that Valparaiso is today. A must do!

An Excellent Introduction to Valparaiso

This was a great introduction to a one-of-a-kind city. We were lucky to have Joaquin as our guide. He knew the city very well and showed us an interesting variety of street art, significant places, and local characters. For anyone concerned about safety, Joaquin is very cautious and we felt much safer with him than if we had wandered by ourselves.

Alex is a wonderful tour guide and we loved getting to know Valparaiso. At first glance this city feels a little grungy, but it really grows on you the more you explore and the higher up you get on the hillsides. The whole city is bursting with color and beautiful street art. Alex really shows you the highlights of what makes this such a special city, and you even get to go down a slide and ride a funicular up the hillside. 100% recommend this tour.

A very insightful tour taking in some of the best places in Valparaiso. Our tour guide Cata was very knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. I highly recommend taking a private tour rather than a group tour.
