Jimmy was an excellent guide. The experiences were unique, and the food was delicious. If you are afraid of the ocean this might not be right for you, as traveling to the penguins is in a small open boat. Sand dune surfing is a great experience for everyone. Bring a wind breaker for the boat ride and flip flops for the dunes. Comfortable clothes that dry quick in case you get wet on the boat ride.

We are an older couple, so the activities were a little strenuous, but Jimmy and Jay were great - and very knowledgeable. We had a good time even though it was sort of a long day for us.

Jimmy is an excellent & friendly guide, who picked us up on time, took us to see sea lions at the fish market, boat tour to see the penguins, tour of the towns along the way, empanada lunch at the paragliding training center, then off to the Con Con dunes for sand boarding. We had so much fun & education. We highly recommend this tour!

Great opportunity to see penguins and sea lions in the northern part of the country. Most Chileans don’t even know there is an island protected for penguins so it’s a pretty unique excursion. Finished the tour with delicious empanadas and wine.

Had an amazing time with Jimmy, Simona, and crew. This experience far exceeded my expectations. Jimmy and his crew are super friendly and clearly love what they do. They picked us up right on time and took us to the Valparaiso fish market, to Cachagua where we boarded a boat that took us to Monumento Natural Isla Cachagua to see the Humboldt penguin colony. From there we went to Puchuncavi, where they treated us to a delicious lunch of fresh empanadas with homemade treats and drinks and where we got to go paragliding (this was not included in the itinerary but is well worth the extra cost) and finally to Concon for some sand boarding. The trip lasted far longer than I expected, for which we were very happy. All in all a very worthwhile experience and one I highly recommend to anyone visiting Valparaiso.

Highly recommend this tour! My husband and I completed this tour with our tour guides Jimmy and Lily, the guides were very knowledgeable, had great communication and we enjoyed their friendliness and humor. The tour gave us an opportunity to see how the locals lived at the fish market and along the beach coastline. We enjoyed the boat ride to view penguins and marvel at the cliffside houses. The lunch provided was delicious (and had the option for a vegetarian meal- which was great!) the sand boarding was a lot of fun, we have never sand/snow boarded before and were able to figure it out no problem. This is a full day of adventure with some driving between each activity, but the vehicle was comfortable and the conversation with our guides was wonderful. This tour was a highlight of our trip!

Wildlife on steroids! Penguins, sea lions, dolphins and more!

Wildlife on steroids…penguins, sea lions, dolphins and more. Jimmy put together a wonderful program for us with tons of wildlife, awesome food, and great conversation about life in Chile. On top of all that, there were opportunities to sand board and parasail! What a wonderful, truly memorable day!

We had an amazing day with Go Penguins! We started in the fish market and saw sea lions. Then we drove along the coast and learned about Chilean culture and had macha on the beach. After - we went for a hike and learned about the nature in the area. We saw the penguins after the hike. We weren't able to get on the boat because of how rough the water was - but seeing them from the rock was even better because we could take more time. After penguins, we had an amazing lunch if empanadas, pisco, wine and fruit while watching paragliding from the cliff. We finished the tour learning about Valparaiso and admiring the murals. It was an amazing day and I would recommend for anyone wanting to get a taste of Valparaiso and see some adorable penguins. It was awesome!!

We had a really fun day with Jimmy and Simone! They are wonderful guides - very friendly, easy to talk with, and they want to make all guests comfortable. If you need anything, just ask! We drove a couple hours north of Valpo to see penguins via a boat ride. Sand boarding is really fun too, and Jimmy is a good teacher. He’ll help you get down the hill! Lots of food and drinks, a really great day. Comfortable car, I would recommend this as a great way to spend a whole day.

Amazing day with some great spots and activities along a beautiful coast I would have not found by myself. The tour guides are really nice, know a lot and do everything that you have a wonderful day.
