Hien was a great tour guide.
Trip was well organised and great value for money. Did not feel rushed with plenty of time to see everything. 100% do the kayaking. You do not get that wet.

Limousine bus was nice with a bottle of water offered. It took us 4 hours to reach our hotel from our pick-up point. The bus space for luggage wasn't adequate enough and hence the bus driver had to push them through leading to scratches to our luggage (worse than when the bag comes out of a plane). We even messaged them in advance to ensure there was enough space and they confirmed that all our stuff will fit in the bus. Also, our soft shell bag came out wet.

Not at all as advertised. Our driver was very kind, however, this was far from the luxury experience we expected. We had made the same booking for our first trip which was wonderful. The car was very spacious, clean, relaxing with reclining chairs. This second trip was not luxurious and it was nothing like the pictures at all. It was cramped (the tour operator didn’t even have a seat, he sat on the stairs) the fabric of the seats falling apart, and there was no air conditioning. We contacted our tour operator who confirmed that this was a “luxury limousine” which was incredibly disappointing for what we paid for it. Upon telling them how disappointed we were they haven’t responded. Confirm your vehicle type before going.
