- The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. If it’s raining, we’ll provide a rain jacket — but we recommend bringing something warm to wear underneath to stay comfortable during your adventure.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes suitable for outdoor activity. Avoid dresses, skirts, or loose accessories — and don’t forget your sense of adventure!
- Footwear: Please wear closed, secure shoes that won’t slip off while you’re suspended mid-air. Sneakers, trainers, or hiking shoes are ideal — no flip-flops, sandals, or loose footwear.
- Maximum weight limit: 130kg (286 lbs). This is a general guideline based on equipment safety standards. However, in certain cases, if a guest fits comfortably and securely into the harness, our team may allow them to participate at their discretion. Your safety is always our top priority.

first time doing a zip wire. Have a fear of heights and didn't quite think about this till I was there but staff couldn't have been more reassuring and I loved it.

The perfect experience for people who want adventure while wanting to feel safe. Lots of fun! If you are not scared of heights and a bit of an uphill walk at the end then this is definitely recommended!

Definitely a must do and amazing experience in Tsitsikamma! Zipping through the big beautiful yellow wood trees is absolutely breathtaking and the amazing guides making sure everything is safe and secure as well as providing interesting facts about the eco system is refreshing and enlightening

The guide Jamie Lee and safety officer Janice, were cheerful and knowledgeable, was great fun, we felt very safe, there is quite a steep walk to transport afterwards. Well worth the drive to Tsitsikamma

Omw! Most memorable moments were the longest and fastest ziplines. It was an absolutely amazing thrilling experience that I will do again and again. The guides are the best, especially Nadia and Siphosethe. Amazing girl power those two.

On the 5th October my family and I did the canopy tour and we didn't have a very good experience the guides tried there best to be as helpful as they could but we not trained well and couldn't answer any off our questions as my husband is a qualified rope access technician and wanted to know what safety measures were in place, my son felt sick and wanted to go back then they tried to convince him to go on and then didn't really have a plan to get him off then eventually agreed to let him go back they expected him to go alone and he's 8 years old, my husband went back with him and my son and I had to continue alone and after the tour I was having a hard time with the hike the supposed safety officer just walked right passed me an dwent to sit in the truck and the guide had to sit and wait for me till I was able to walk back to the transportation.

Found it a quite expensive activity for what you get. In the end it is not more than doing 10 zip lines in the trees.

Impressive to see the forest from the canopy's perspective, coupled with the adrenaline rush of flying through them at exhilarating speeds. Support team are professional and entertaining and optional GoPro footage at the end leaves you with a worthwhile memory.

We are not that fond of heights and when we booked for this tour we were feeling rather scared but Damien and Benny were so awesome. They were funny, energetic, encouraging and professional at all times. We had so much fun and it actually went so quickly! Thank you so much. The staff were amazing and this was an experience I will never forget. However, if you are terrified of heights don't do it. I didn't realise I was until I had done the first zipwire. Then its too late to go back. The staff were brilliant at managing my fears. My experience only though as my hubby loved it.
