We walked about 2 miles from the port to queen’s park. Even though I stated that I had no internet away from the ship. The tour guide contacted us only 30 minutes from the start of the tour to cancel due to illness. If we were contacted earlier we could have at least gotten a taxi tour.

While we understand that illness can be unpredictable, a cancellation notice only 30 minutes before the start time is not the standard of service we strive for. We recognize that this prevented you from making alternative arrangements for your time in port, and we are reviewing our cancellation protocols to ensure much earlier notice is provided to our guests in the future
