This was an amazing experience. The hike itself was off the beaten path and as authentic as a hike can get. All scenery was beautiful!
Dominic is a wonderful guide! He called prior to the hike to explain some things and to make sure we didn't have questions. He arrived at our hotel early and was very friendly. He made sure we were safe during the hike and made it very adventurous. He's also very knowledgeable of the area.

Dominic was a first class tour guide. His experience and knowledge shone through. Even though he lives in an entirely different part of Trinidad it was remarkable how he seemed to know everyone we met on the trail to Paria and they knew and liked him. It was also special that along the way he knew where to stop at Turtle Rock to show us leatherback turtles feeding in the sea. We would never have found it on our own! Highly recommended!
