Ali was very accommodating with our group. He arranged everything for us, he got us as close to the snow monkey park as possible, and he gave us great tips for visiting the temple. Our children don’t do well with structured tours so this was perfect for us.

Not as advertised. This is a driver service - there is no guide to the attractions..

Extremely Disappointed. "Smile" tours misrepresented what it delivers. This is a driver service only. There is no guide for the monkey park or temple. There is no sake tasting. The lunch was not good - it included the worst sushi I've ever had. This company is trying to present itself as another company that actually offers an English speaking guide to the attractions. And it takes longer than 6 hours, since they don't mention the two hour roundtrip drive to the monkey park. Our driver was a nice person but he could have spoken Japanese and it wouldn't have mattered since he barely spoke to us...

Flexible and smooth

Cute tour guide, he picked us up in the morning smoothly, and we went up to see the beautiful scenery and the monkeys! The lunch was surprisingly good! We didn’t want to go to a Buddhist temple so he was very flexible and took us to a nearby zoo, where we could see red pandas 😊 Thank you Malik!
