Overview
Head to Tobago Main Ridge Forest Reserve to hike through Tobago’s lowlands, exploring the rainforest that was established in 1776. See the birds and other animals, and hear the sounds of the forest while you spend around three hours enjoying the natural beauty. After, you’ll stop at Argyle Waterfall if you like, and maybe have a dip in its pools.
- Bring your camera and snap photos of wildlife along the way
- Do some gentle hiking, so bring proper footwear
- Learn about the rainforest from your guide, and how it was established
- If you like, stop at Argyle Waterfall at the end if you still have energy to explore

Amazing day with Terry who was so knowledgeable and we learnt so much about the rainforest. The Hummingbird feeding area offered so many sightings of varieties of hummingbirds.
This followed a drink in the Glasgow Pub with amazing views.
We were in a private group with 4 of us and had an incredible time.

My experience was great, Despite the trip being changed from group to solo, I was in the loop the entire time and made aware of everything along the way. My guide was knowledgeable, friendly and kept the tour exciting. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this to others.

Terry was a wonderful guide and gave us a 5 star experience informing us of the history of his ancestors and how they used the nature around them to heal themselves, the walk was relaxed and not challenging, a truly peaceful experience

Very beautiful rainforest. We saw birds, crabs, nocturnal spider nests with a door that opens. The walk was not very difficult but it can be a bit slippery in spots where the rocks have moss. We had a good temperature the majority of the time and humid towards the end. Terry our driver was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide Fitzroy
was also great and explained the types of plants that are found in the forest. Will recommend.
