What an experience! A must do.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and super funny, he took us to places that the locals would hang out, I ate the BEST falafel ever! This tour was jammed packed with eye opening landscape and tourist attractions but we walked the streets like locals.
We ate a traditional lunch of chicken and rice in a hidden restaurant, which was included in the cost of the tour.

I really enjoyed this trip and met with nice people and saw fascinating places. I was however a little shocked just how much anti Israel rhetoric there was and the airbrushing of their entire biblical existence. I understand that our tour guide had a clear hatred for Israel and he is entitled to have his views and express them, however when he said that he was waiting for the day that Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Gaza and the West Bank simultaneously attacked and destroyed Israel I was deeply shocked. I loved the tour but this was not appropriate. A more balanced approach rather than constant and ill informed attacks on Israel was disturbing. A great tour but definitely would sack the guide and Viator need to be more responsible as to whom they employ. If this was meant to be 12 hours of Israel bashing then perhaps advertise it as such although some balanced perspective would be welcomed. Was shocked. I did enjoy sites I visited and people on the group were very nice.

Nice start of our trip to the Holy Land. A little disquieting with the troubles in Jenin, but our tour guide was very intentional in keeping us safe.

Isaac our guide was great at explaining the history and the conflict. Also had an experience of eating lunch at an Arab house which was amazing. Visit to Jericho, Mt. Temptation, Ramallah, Yasser Arafats Tomb, Jordan River, Bethlehem and Church of Nativity were all amazing. Small group of 10 and nothing was rushed with ample time allowed at all the places. This a must do tour while in Tel Aviv Israel.

It is not easy to create a narrative around Palestine that is not too bias by the conflict with Israel and all the horrible things Palestinians have suffered and continue suffering, but the guide we had during this tour did a great job. The story he told across Ramallah, Bethlehem, Jericho and the Jordan valley was very interesting and captured our attention. We were very unlucky with the weather - it rained the entire day and Ramallah was hit by terrible winds, but in spite of the atmospheric issues we had, the tour was amazing. Highly recommended, especially if interested in knowing more about Palestinian people, history, nature and cities. The most touching thing, which I highly recommend not to miss, was the Bethlehem wall. It makes you think on how in a world in which we should create bridges among people, there's someone that builds walls forgetting that, as recent history thought us, walls are made to be torn down.

This was a great, informative trip and I really recommend it. It gives a nice crosscut of the rather varied history in the region. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fair, and the route worked to fill in the day without making it too full.
I joined the group in Tel Aviv and got off in Jerusalem, so for those of you who want to see both cities this is a good option. It starts and ends at the same hostel in both places.

Tour actually was fine but I wanted to really see Jericho which is why I took it, basically just a quick visit to the tell and moved on down the road. For the rest it was fine, lunch was ok. We had a cold nasty rainy day but we did get to see everything as advertised so really no complaints other than that.
Response from Host, Mar 2020
Hey Joanne! Sorry to hear that the rainy day negatively impacted your tour. Our Best of the West Bank tour is a highlights tour of the area, which allows you to see many different sites in the West Bank in only 1 day! Our stop in Jericho is a quick visit to the archaeological remains of the oldest city in the world. Hope you can join us on a tour again soon!

Tour guide was wonderful. He was friendly, efficient and informative. The trip was enjoyable and enlightening in every way.

The guide was funny, knowledgeable and generous. He bought us lots of fruits when walking through the market. Lunch was delicious. However...
- we didn't get to take the cable car and visit the monastery in Jericho;
- we didn't get to go inside Yasser Arafat Museum. Only outside to take photos with the soldiers...
There's not much details on the tour description either. Try not to join this tour on Fri, as the towns are very quiet. Almost all the shops are closed.
We did visit Church of Nativity and the West Bank barrier which was highlight of the trip.

This tour is a must do. There is so much to do and see. It includes lunch, which was one of the best meals I had during this trip.
Sebastian_B, Mar 2019
You must see the West Bank to get another viewpoint of what's going on in Israel. My favourite part was the 2 km walk through Ramallah.
Also first time ever the 'free meal' on a day trip was actually good. We eat in Bethlehem in a local restaurant. The guide was good, but I think he could speak more. There were drives between the sight with long 'dead' periods. He could tell more stories about the West Bank.
Also when we were picked up from Abraham hostel in Tel Aviv we were not briefed where to go next. The driver listened some music during the trip to Jerusalem and at the hotel they didn't recognized our Viator ticket just after a manager came.
So what this tour is missing is more information and more clarification on the road.
The highlights of the tour is the Bethlehem wall and the Ramallah tour, but it is important to understand what is on the both side of the Bethlehem wall

Dear traveller,
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! We're delighted to hear that you had a great time on the tour and found our guide to be excellent in explaining everything.
Visiting places with a harsh reality can be eye-opening, and we're glad you felt it was worth the visit. It's fantastic to know that you enjoyed the delicious food included in the tour and that the restaurant service was perfect.
Your feedback is much appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for more memorable experiences in the future!
Warm regards
