[Seonyumong] At the ticket booth at Banghwasu Bridge near Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion, present the mobile or email voucher sent to you and exchange it for an admission wristband.

[Seonyumong] Seonyumong is a reserved-seating performance. Please sit in and enjoy the performance at the seat indicated on your admission wristband.

[Seonyumong] Seats are assigned within the Global Zone on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which tickets are exchanged at the ticket booth.

[Seonyumong] Some seats may be excluded from advance ticket sales due to performance operations, performer and staff movement, safety management, filming, and other on-site operational requirements.

[Seonyumong] Seating arrangements and on-site operations may be subject to change depending on circumstances at the venue.

[Seonyumong] If identity verification is required, you may be asked to present a valid ID or provide the information used for your booking.

[Seonyumong] Admission begins 1 hour before the performance.

[Seonyumong] Admission may be restricted after the performance begins to ensure smooth operation. Please follow the instructions provided by venue staff upon arrival.

[Seonyumong] The area around the venue may be crowded. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance to allow sufficient time to collect your ticket and enter the venue.

[Seonyumong] On-site ticket sales are available on a first-come, first-served basis only for remaining seats. If the performance is sold out, on-site ticket sales and admission will not be available.

[Seonyumong] Cancellations and refunds are not available after the performance begins, regardless of whether you have entered the venue.

[Seonyumong] Cancellations due to personal circumstances, including traffic congestion, personal reasons, flight or train delays, or visa issues, are not eligible for a refund.

[Seonyumong] No refund will be provided if the performance proceeds as scheduled despite rain or other weather conditions.

[Seonyumong] Please cooperate with the instructions of safety personnel at the venue.

[Seonyumong] Any behavior that disrupts other audience members’ enjoyment may result in restrictions or removal from the venue.

[Seonyumong] This is an outdoor performance. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

[Seonyumong] Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the venue.

[Yajo] If you do not collect your admission wristband by 10 minutes before the performance (19:50), your reservation will be canceled.
