Once your flight lands, we’ll send you a welcome text letting you know we’re ready for you. After collecting your luggage, simply text or call us and proceed to the Dale A. Gregory Transportation Center, located by the elevator directly beneath the sign. A member of our team will be waiting to greet you, assist with your luggage, and get you comfortably on your way to your destination. Your pickup time is based on the time selected when you book. If your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled, there may be a brief wait while we coordinate your pickup. We understand that flight schedules can change and will always do our best to accommodate you.

Great airport transfer! The driver was there on time waiting for us as soon as we came out from baggage claim, with a nice clean SUV, gave us helpful information for our visit. Will definitely be using again!

Our driver was great. He gave us some recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We went to one of the restaurants he recommended and it was top notch!

First-rate experience. Our driver Myron/Shadiim was excellent - and proactive about letting us know we'd need more time at the airport., really appreciated that extra touch! He was professional and welcoming, arrived on time (and called to let us know his vehicle information) with a clean and comfortable suburban - plenty of space for luggage! He was great on the ride to the airport - shared fun facts about STT and highlights to consider for future visits. And, most importantly, we felt safe and confident in him as a driver navigating those windy STT roads. Really - he set the bar!

It was nice to have someone greet us at airport and drive to hotel. It was a little crazy at airport, so very glad we did this.

Smooth pickup especially in this area where the taxis are price per person instead of per ride. This was a better cost economic via a tour option.
