Driver was late. Driver spoke limited English. The car was dirty inside, had not been cleaned, had a cracked windshield, all dashboard light indicators were on showing problems with oil, AC, etc. We were very rushed in London. Our guide did not provide water or inquire if we needed lunch. We finally stopped near end of tour requesting a stop for food for a very limited time. Would not recommend at this price!
