That it is closed for maintenance from 8th September till 1st October.
Operator of cable car told us told us sellers were informed of this 3 months ago.
We were sold, Non refundable tickets on the 11th September for use on the 13th September.
Couldn't use them . BEWARE OF THIS

My name is Shyam. I am very disappointed that my wife and I and two of our relatives couldn't use the Sky Pass Ticket for the Sentosa Cable Car .
When we arrived at the cable car station in the morning Wednesday 13th Aug 2025 showed our Sky Pass Ticket they said that
the Ticket is not valid and someone has already used it. So we have to purchase a new ticket for the cable car ($ 158.37)

Could you please refund the money for the Sentosa Cable Car which we cannot use ?
On the other hand we really enjoyed the Garden by the Bay which had no problem with the Admission.

Great experience travelling over lush tree canopies and waterways. Very safe and comfortable. Beautiful views.
Viator has appallingly terrible customer service. We booked 2 tickets for 31July through Viator. When we got to the gondola centre, although the tickets were dated for 31July, which we booked, the bar code was for 29July. I called the tour operator and did not get an answer so I called Viator for resolution. The agent was possibly the worst ai have ever encountered. While the agent confirmed that we had booked a ticket for 31July, he could not reach the tour operator to sort out the problem. He tried repeatedly to call with no answer. We asked for a refund because it was clear to everyone, including the agent, that we had booked for 31July and had been given the wrong bar code. He refused- repeatedly. We were on the phone for 30 minutes given the run around by the Viator agent who also refused to escalate to a supervisor. We ended up having to book ANOTHER ticket for the cable car with absolutely ZERO help from Viator. We have used Viator for the last 10 years so this was very disappointing. We paid twice for the same excursion.

we had a logistical nightmare getting the tickets as there was no QR code received and the people at the desk were not helpful at all
Also, my partner did not travel with me so tried to get his portion back but to no avail
I could not get my ticket in time. Viator did not send me our tickets I had to buy new set of tickets. Such a waste of time and money.
Tickets didnt work and I had to repurchase at the activity.
When I contacted Viator they told me no refund even though the tickets didn't work when scanned.
Easy and fast way to get to Sentosa Island. Great views as well. I highly recommend this excursion!!
I purchased tickets, but the vendor never delivered them. Viator and the vendor refused to refund my money. Total ripoff.
It was a good overview of Sentosa. We could get on and off at the stations. Easy to organise and get tickets. Very enjoyable.
I booked cable car tickets for a specific date. I received emails leading up to the date confirming the trip. When we got to cable cars, we were told that the tickets had expired and we had to buy new ones. I have contacted Viator regarding this & they have refused to give a refund. Not happy at all and will not be booking with Viator again.
The cable car ride was great. However the vouchers from Viator were not able to be redeemed and therefore cost another $108 Singapore to ride it. Not Happy.
At Mount Fabre, have a walk to The Henderson Bridge, well worth it. Once you’re on Sentosa Island, try everything especially the Luge ride, amazing and you get free chairlift rides thrown in and the Skyhelix for a 360 view. There’s a wonderful beach too.
Went to redeem the tickets but Viator had not emailed me the QR code so had to purchase two more tickets. Contacted Viator to get a refund, wasting my time. Messaged the same thing on What's App for 24 hours trying to explain and seeking a refund, they were not interested. Save your money, go direct to the cable car to get tickets. This mob are useless.
The appointer tour operator in Singapore GlobalTix Pte Ltd phone numder +6597653804 could not be contacted early Saturday the date of our tour and we had email problems hence found ourselves at Mt Faber cable Car site with booking which could not be used and wer were travelling out next day. Had to purchase new tickets at site office.
The Cable Car ride is OK but generally not spectacular against other tours.
The Cable car ride from Singapore o Sentosa Island was smooth and well- maintained. The views from the cable car are really quite excellent over cruise ships and providing a vista of what is available on Sentosa, which is a MUST for all tourists visiting Singapore. Highly recommended.
Did not accept our Viator ticket and so had tp purchase our own. The cable car ride was worth it as it gave you a different oerspective of Singapire and Sentosa Island.
The route to the island and back a little bit short. But enjoyably. Staff all friendly on the island.
Great Value for money, would recommend for a great day out as you can hop on and off at each station wander around the sights and get to see all the island which has some great places and views, from walking along the beach, the tree top walkway, the busy Merlion centre with all the attractions, universal studios etc.(extra fees of course, but all reachable via the cable cars).
We booked and paid well in advanced for the above,and were emailed a booking ref BR659448400. On our arrival we presented the printed voucher and were told this is not acceptable.We then spoke to management who told us to contact the local Viator office who told us they the 3rd party and could not help us. After a 2 hour wait with running backwards and forwards with many calls they allowed us to proceed.The bottom line is your printed e mail voucher was not accepted and caused us great incrustation after saving for a year for this holiday.I will have to think twice before i use Viator again
Cable car ride was fun and had great views. Sentosa is full of a lot of theme park stuff for children so I only really took the cable car for the views.

Ein tolles Erlebnis mit der Cable Car zu fahren. Sowohl zur als auch auf der Insel. Einchecken problemlos, es gab einen separaten Schalter für vorab gekaufte Eintrittskarten.
War sehr gut das im Vorfeld zu buchen. Problemlos die Fahrt und es gab auch kein großes Anstehen. Würde ich immer wieder im voraus kaufen.
