Pickup times may vary depending on your hotel’s location and the transfer route. Guests staying in the Side Ancient City area must wait at the Zabıta Gate (Main Security Gate), as vehicles are not permitted to enter the Ancient City. Drivers may be delayed by up to 5–7 minutes due to traffic. If your transfer has not arrived after this time, please contact us immediately for assistance.
