Unfortunately, we did not have to have a good experience from the beginning.
It already began with chaos in the distribution of guests among the buses. We were transferred from a pleasant little bus into a slightly larger but very tight bus as other guests complained that the bus we got afterwards did not meet their standards and they want to change. So our group had to change to the uncomfortable bus, where there was immediately further discussion with space problems.
When we left, the discussion continued as guests travelling alone had to pay an extra fee for the room, but this was communicated nowhere. So you couldn't rest during the ride either, as there were always loud discussions.
The first 8 hours (for some guests even 10!! hours)were marked by stops at gas stations and there we were far from arriving at our first destination.
During the journey, the driver once even fell into a lull in seconds, almost causing an accident as he left his roadway. This is not an accusation to the driver himself, but in our opinion, for such a long journey a 2nd driver must be equipped. driver be there so that you can take turns.
After a beaten 10 hours we arrived at our first real stop, which was not yet lunch (by now it was already 2 pm).
All the guests were already quite annoyed and hungry.
Overall, in our opinion, we were on the road for too long without arriving at any of our destinations and due to all the discussions and the shock of the almost-occurring accident, we could not rest properly either.
So we could not enjoy the trip as much as we wanted. Therefore, some guests and we decided to cancel the trip for tomorrow and booked a ticket for a direct return trip. To go through another day like this is unimaginable for us.

Unsere Reise begann wie geplant früh am Morgen – Sie wurden gegen 05:00 Uhr abgeholt. Bereits kurz darauf wurde eine Frühstückspause eingelegt, wie es im Reiseverlauf vorgesehen ist. Dass es erst um 14:00 Uhr die „erste Pause“ gegeben hätte, stimmt so nicht. Ebenso folgte danach wie geplant die Mittagspause.
Die Angabe von 10 Stunden Fahrt ohne richtige Pausen können wir daher so nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Gäste erhalten von Anfang an alle Informationen zur Route, zu Pausen und auch zu den Hotelbedingungen – inklusive der Information, dass ein Einzelzimmer einen Aufpreis kostet. Das ist bei Gruppenreisen üblich und wurde auch bei Ihrer Buchung entsprechend angegeben.
Auch den Vorwurf eines Beinahe-Unfalls nehmen wir ernst, jedoch hat uns während der gesamten Fahrt keinerlei entsprechende Rückmeldung erreicht. Unsere Fahrer sind professionell und unterliegen strengen Vorgaben, inklusive Pausenregelungen.
Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie sich dazu entschieden haben, die Reise frühzeitig zu beenden. Gleichzeitig wundert es uns, dass Sie uns vor Ort oder telefonisch nicht kontaktiert haben, wenn es wirklich so große Probleme gegeben haben sollte. Wir sind immer für unsere Gäste erreichbar und hätten gerne eine Lösung angeboten.
Wir möchten abschließend sagen, dass wir jederzeit für konstruktive Kritik offen sind – doch Aussagen sollten auch auf Tatsachen basieren. Unsere bisherigen Gäste waren mit genau dieser Tour sehr zufrieden, und wir geben jeden Tag unser Bestes, um genau das sicherzustellen.
