The tour did not match its description and reviews at all. Instead of a guided experience, we were provided only with a driver, Ali, who seemed unaware of the itinerary and expectations, and spoke near no English. Communication was thus poor from the start, both with the organiser and during the tour itself, leading to confusion, frustration, and a tense atmosphere. We had to direct the driver ourselves, and there was no guidance or structure provided. The provisions were unsuitable, and the lack of clarity around timing and responsibilities made the experience feel chaotic. While the locations themselves were enjoyable, the overall execution of the tour was deeply flawed and misleading. It was unfair to both us and the driver, and I strongly urge the organiser to avoid repeating this with future guests.

A really fun day exploring around Bosnia! Perfect the group size is set to a max of 3 people which makes it feel very personal and much more efficient!
Our guide Adis was outstanding! He made so much effort to make the experience for us enjoyable and relaxing! Never felt rushed and we had plenty of time to see each stop and learn about its history!
Adis was a great driver, engaging and friendly with myself and two others on the tour! It was like we had all known each other for years! He also had a sandwich snacks and juice for us all in the car which was great
Adis has worked in photography so if he offers to take pics of you, say yes you won’t regret it and you will have lovely memories to look back on!
This was a great tour to do when you are staying in Sarajevo!

Adis, our guide was very knowledgable man. He was very polite and he was making sure everyone is comfortable and happy. The music in his car from the 80's was really nice we all enjoyed it. We have seen a lot of magnificant places during our day trip thanks to Adis. Please make sure you book Adis as your guide i truly recommend it him.

That was incredibly good on 11 out of 10! Our guide knows the country and places very well. Loves his country and animals, feeds them and cleans up garbage. We were treated to delicious snacks and drinks. Thank you very much, it was as nice as possible!
