Marvel at some of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches on a full-day trip from São Paulo. Alongside your guide and small group, follow walking trails replete with flora and fauna and visit secluded beaches considered the area’s most impressive. First, arrive at White Beach—so called because of its pristine sands—before hiking to Black Beach for a refreshing dip in the sea. Proceed to Camburizinho Beach via the impressive Camburi Waterfall before resting on the soft surface of White Beach at the end of your tour.

Itinerary
Board an air-conditioned minivan at your São Paulo hotel and relax during the journey to Bertioga. From here, take a ferry over to Guarujá—a gorgeous stretch of coast flanked by turquoise waters and lush greenery.
Disembark at Guarujá Beach and follow your guide to the start of the natural trail that leads to White Beach. As you trek, scour the scenery for exotic flora and fauna and listen to commentary rich with biological information.
On arrival at White Beach, stop to absorb the beauty of the region before continuing along the nature trail to Black Beach, where swimming opportunities abound.
During the hike to Camburizinho Beach—replete with powdery soft sand and natural pools to plunge into—stop to refresh in the powerful water streams of the Camburi Waterfall. Then, return to the White Beach to relax before returning to your São Paulo hotel.

The hike is a mix of jungle and beach. The jungle parts were, at times, challenging due to loose ground or loose tree hand holds for climbing. Our hike was 9.92miles and took about 7 hours. We loved it! Our guide, Mauricio, was exellent! Mauricio provided a great education and history as well as techical advice for climbing. We packed lunches and there was an opportunity to stop for breakfast and stop on the way back. In additon to the guide, there was a seperate driver for our trip.

Mauricio was an amazing guide! Very helpful, knowledgeable and funny with great energy! Me and partner felt safe the entire time. He made the experience 10 times better!!! Would definitely book again. The hike was challenging but so worth it for the amazing beaches!

This hike was excellent! The views are so much more beautiful than the photos online show, we got to see banana trees, beaches, and many butterflies. It's quite physical, with some minor scrambling and moments of going off track, but achievable if you're fairly active or used to hiking. The view at the final beach is completely worth it and the hike will be adjusted to your fitness/level of challenge. I recommend you bring snacks, something sugary and plenty of water so it's comfortable.

Amazing tour, would recommend! Even on a cold and rainy day we had a great time. The rain helped keep others off the island and we essentially had a private tour of the entire island.

Mauricio was an exceptional guide. We loved exploring the old church ruins and learning more about the history of Brazil. The island is beautiful and the waterfall is definitely worth the extra hike. Mauricio not only helped us during the hike, he also helped us figure out how to travel for the rest of our trip through Brazil with tons of helpful tips. I recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience the forest and the beach with a wonderful guide!

Great hike. You need a reasonable level of fitness but this is well within the realm of anyone who walks regularly. Deserted beaches, fabulous bird life, loads of time to swim in the ocean - and guide Mauricio & driver Paulo were excellent.

Mauricio was a great guide! This tour was a great mix of hiking and swimming in the ocean. We weren't expecting quite so much mud, so be prepared (especially if you're going during the rainy season). You'll want to wear a swimsuit and shoes and clothes that can get wet and muddy.
