Absolutely terrible service, unprofessional, disappointing, waste of time. I contacted the tour operator the night before my tour to confirm pick up time, they read my messages and ignored, never replied despite follow ups and in the morning they simply did not show up, making me waste my day and miss out on a tour I was really looking forward to. Since I was leaving the day after, I ended up not being able to visit Portillo at all, extremely disappointed.

I received no communication from the tour operator and they did not show to pick me up. I have requested a refund through Viator and I hope that it processes quickly.

Unfortunately, there was no tour. I was waiting at the meeting point, hotel Plaza San Francisco for almost a half an hour. Nobody showed up. Few days before the tour I suggested Santiago airport as my pick up point which was refused by tour guide and the company, so I accepted to come to the meeting point from the airport. Sent three mails confirming my arrival but haven't received any response from tour guide.

Zero, the minibus never showed up to pick us up. Waited for over 2.5 hours. No comms at all, no email (other than confirmation email), WhatsApp or anything. Very disappointing. Very poor service. Only office number is open 9am to 6pm, not very practical when have 5.30 pickups. Contacted Viator in US who promised a full refund. Still waiting, been zero comms since. Find alternatives to book with.
