Excellent tour, did exactly what was promised and with great quality. Steven was a terrific guide and driver. Harrison Cave was definitely worth seeing (Sierra and Carl did a fine job); the monkeys were adorable at the wildlife reserve (you get to see them up close and personal in their natural environment). The lunch was delicious too and enhanced by the beautiful setting of Bathsheba.

good experience with great guide.

Quite a wait to board the train...even though we were taken through on time. You watch a video before boarding. Great commentary on the train and amazing cave. On to Monkey Jungle and Wildlife Park. Monkeys plentiful to see, arrive late, just after feeding, but they were still around. Not too much to see at wildlife park, lots of tortoises, some caimans, and snakes and reptiles, but a nice walk around. Given free rum punch before taken on to lunch in Bathsheba. Good food, promptly served, (you choose earlier and they phone it to the bar) However the beach there is totally ruined by the sargassum weed, several feet out to sea. Such a shame. Good experience, but the traffic on Barbados is awful around Bridgetown and other popular places. Took and hour and half after experience to return to hotel.

The Henderson’s in Barbados.

A good day out

You get to travel about, see a bit of barbados with some interesting stops to tour various activities. Call me was a good and informative guide and thank you to omar for getting us to our first activity also with lots of information on barbados. Both guides were skillfull drivers on some tricky roads. Many thanks to viator and beautiful (barbados) tours and excursions for allowing us to reschedule our tour at short notice due to my wife being ill on the scheduled date. We really appreciated your understanding and profesionalism. We lost nothing and it was well worth it.

This activity was an overall good experience and a nice way to see different sides of Barbados in one day. The highlight for me was definitely the Harrison’s Cave portion of the tour. The cave tour was very interesting and informative, and inside the cave was beautiful. The guide and driver for this activity was funny, knowledgeable, and engaging. The cave tour took place with Chukka, and I initially assumed the monkey experience would be at the same location. Instead, we had to exit Chukka and take a separate drive with another driver to another location to see the monkeys. This wasn’t a major issue, but it wasn’t clearly explained, so it was a bit confusing in the moment. Maybe I should have read the description closely. I was also confused about the activity being called “monkey feeding.” You don’t actually feed the monkeys yourself. The staff feed them. I may have overlooked that detail in the description as well, but that being the title feels a little misleading. The monkeys are wild which means you cannot touch, feed, or approach them. I was expecting a more personal encounter. At the reserve, there were also other animals like tortoises, chickens, and peacocks, which was a nice addition. Lunch was good and enjoyable; however, it was at the same location where my coastal tour activity also had lunch, so I ended up visiting the same spot twice during my trip. Overall, this was a fun experience with an interesting cave tour and a great guide. I would recommend to others as long as they know what this activity specifically entails and includes.

Dunstan is the MVP

Regina_Z, Nov 2025
Dunstan was the absolute best tour guide! He shared lots of history and cultural facts. The flow of the day was seamless because of his effort and attention to detail. Dunstan went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. I would definitely recommend him to all!

Incredible Attractions, But a Rushed and Disappointing Tour Experience

Alana_M, Sep 2025
We did the Island Adventure with Harrison's Cave, Monkey Feeding, and Lunch and the overall experience was incredible – Harrison’s Cave was stunning, the Eco Adventure Park was a unique experience, and the stop at Bathsheba Beach was absolutely beautiful. However, I do need to mention that our tour guide, Lisa, was quite abrupt and came across as rude throughout the day. It felt like we were being hurried from one stop to the next, which took away from the experience. After visiting Harrison’s Cave, we went to the bird aviary (which was included in the ticket cost), but when we returned Lisa told us we weren’t supposed to go and even scolded us. That left us feeling uncomfortable. At Bathsheba Beach, we were constantly reminded how many minutes we had left — 10 minutes, then 15 minutes — which made the stop feel rushed instead of relaxing. Considering the price of the tour, I expected more time to truly enjoy the sights. We even returned an hour earlier than the scheduled end time, which made it feel like we didn’t get the full value of what we paid for. That said, the attractions themselves were wonderful I just wish the pacing had allowed us to enjoy them at a more relaxed pace.

August 2025 Tour

5/5 would recommend to anyone looking to explore the island. Steven was an incredible tour guide. This tour showed some of the best parts of the island in an easy and comfortable fashion. Can’t recommend this tour enough, well worth it!

Best tour guide ever

Terry_o, Aug 2025
We went to Harrisons cave and the wildlife park. Our tour guide Ryan was amazing. So knowledgeable and delivered it with so much passion and fun. A credit to Beautiful Barbados

Great experience

Meredith_B, Jul 2025
This excursion takes you to most of the main attractions of the island. The tour guide, Stephen is very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the island. He took the time to learn all the passengers names and was very personable.

Cave, monkeys and more

Elizabeth_H, Jul 2025
This was an amazing way to see a different part of the island as our resort was located in the Gap. There was no line for the cave, and we were able to coordinate Monkey feeding time at the preserve, as this is only done twice a day. Lunch feels like you have been welcomed to a Bajan home, delicious! There is limited time to wander and explore each location due to seeing so much in a 6 hour period, but our guide was informative, providing insight to the culture here as we rode in a very comfortable van. Skip the rental car and make the most of this and other excursions!

Caves, Beach, and Wildlife Oh My!

Fenesha_B, Jul 2025
This is a great tour that allows for different attractions all in the same day with enough time spent at each site.

Harrison tram ride

A perfect way to see the island. Just be prepared for a couple hours driving on very twisty roads. Great facts and history while driving.

A Must Do

Mommeluv3, Feb 2025
This tour was fun. The driver was funny and shared with is us a little bit of history and laughs along the way to each stop. The Cave tour was awesome and the Monkey feeding just as exciting. The Bathsheba Beach and food stops was perfect ending to the tour.

Great experience! 100% will recommend. Driver/Guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Cave tour & Monkey feeding is definitely a memorable experience.

Beautiful Nature Tour

Syreeta_S, Nov 2024
This tour is a great way to see the east side of Barbados which houses the island's natural beauty. Our tour guide, Charles, picked us up at our condo and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Harrison's Cave was an interesting experience. I love the fact that we were able to see it via tram instead of walking. The staff at the cave were also very knowledgeable and accommodating. Bathsheba is a beautiful sight, however swimming there is discouraged due to rough waters. Lunch at Dina's was pretty good and was accented by the views of the beach. Finally, we enjoyed seeing the monkeys and other wildlife at the reserve. They got up and personal so look out!

The Fantastic Tour

Justin_B, Aug 2024
We've got an in-depth perspective on what Harrison's Cave and Barbados was all about. It was great seeing not just the monkeys, but other animals at the Wildlife Reserve as well. The tour guide we had (Cris from Beautiful Barbados) was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about all things Barbados. She was also very accommodating. Also, the lunch was delicious at the restaurant we were at. This was all time and money well spent. Family-friendly for sure. Sincerely, The Babbs Toronto, Canada

Great experience

Alan_Z, Jul 2024
We booked the private tour. Our guide was at the resort 15min early and waiting in the lobby for us. He was very friendly, explained the history of the island and answered all our questions. Took us to both Harrison’s cave and animal sanctuary to see the monkey feeding. I would highly recommend this as a private tour as our guide was amazing

Best private tour I have ever had!

Stanley_H, Jun 2024
I cannot say enough nice things about Chris our tour guide and the tour she provided. We were picked up on time in an clean air conditioned newer car. She provided water during the drive which was a nice surprise. Chris is a real people person. The conversation with Chris was like we had known her for years. She is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out many sites along the way. It is also worth mentioning she is an excellent and professional driver. The restaurant we ate lunch at was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious. The view from the restaurant was scenic as it was on the beach over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Harrison's Cave and the Monkey feedings were great. The Cave tour provided the history of the formation of the island. It was really cool how they take you down the cave on a tram. The tunnel is extremely large so if you are claustrophobic, fear not. The monkey's were great. It was a first for me to be this close to monkeys. Thanks to Chris, the great food and the cool sites this tour was the highlight of our vacation. I highly recommend it!

Fun! Fun! Fun!

LakeshiaD, May 2024
The cave was a unique experience as well as roaming around the wildlife reserve with the animals. Kwame’, The tour guide was very informative and patient with everyone. Not sure if I spelled his name correctly

Rushed Experience

Kayla_H, May 2024
Visiting Harrison’s cave and the monkey feeding was a great experience and overall enjoyed. Overall it was very rushed - no time to explore what Harrison’s had to offer and we were late to the monkey feeding so we were only able to stay for a short time. Our tour guide was arrogant and rude to our group. When you go on a tour like this you want someone engaging and our driver didn’t acknowledge anyone for the first 30 minutes and when he did talk it wasn’t friendly. Lunch was included but we would’ve rather skipped that for more time at other stops.

Great way to spend a day in Barbados

Karelia_L, Apr 2024
This excursion was so much fun! My husband and I were able to go on a tour of Harrison's Cave, feed the monkeys, tour the conservation park, do a little shopping and have a delicious local meal. The best part was our driver Calvin! He was informative, great sense of humor and overall great conversationalist. He was great company and we would come back just for him!

Very rewarding & worthwhile experience!

Erin_B, Apr 2024
This excursion immersed us in the beauty & culture of Barbados. The cave tour was very interesting, and the tour guides at the cave were extremely friendly. We learned a lot about the formation and history of the cave. Next, we visited the wildlife reserve to see monkeys, tortoises, deer, peacocks, and other various birds. My absolute favorite part was being able to quietly observe a mama monkey nursing and grooming her baby. We also saw some rambunctious baby monkeys wrestling with each other and eating fruit. Lastly, we visited the shores of Bathsheba and ate a delicious Bajan lunch. It was a long day and we were very tired, but the experience was well worth it. Highly recommend!

Barbados like on a railcart

Albertying_H, Mar 2024
Great tour for kids and seniors with knowledge about cave formations. Monkeys are in a small feeding area so I did not enjoy it that much. This tour is relatively relaxing with very little walking so for those who want a relaxing morning to afternoon, this is for you. Knowledge about Barbodos here can be found from the driver and a video but that’s about it. You’ll have to do your research if you want to learn more. The tram car in the cave is fun though I’d prefer a walking tour for it if possible. Note; the driver is awesome on his facts, though rambles on about population density, so feel free to ask him about other aspects about Barbados(like their sheep) Otherwise this was a fun experience, and for those who want to learn about the nature side of Barbados in the least physical exercise possible, this is for u.

A great time is an understatement

Sean_B, Mar 2024
This is a must do if you visit Barbados. It includes many highlights under one excursion. For me, this had a lot of great experiences as someone visiting the Carribean for the first time.

Awesome time feeding monkeys

Rusty_B, Mar 2024
Awesome trip. Charles was a great guide for the day. Really enjoyed watching and feeding the monkeys as well as tour long the cave

Fabulous day out

Janet_R, Feb 2024
Caves were amazing. Monkeys and nature reserve were brilliant. The meal we got when we stopped at Bathsheba was delicious. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We would 100% recommend this tour we had a perfect day.

Well worth it.

ALICE_C, Jan 2024
Great tour conducted by great staff. Tram ride through Harrison's cave and a visit to the Monkey reserve which had tortoises, and assorted island zoo animals in addition to wandering green monkeys. Very pretty. Nice lunch. Well worth it.
