Please be on time for your pick up When you disembark the cruise ship you will make your way through the cruise terminal. Please follow the green line on the ground to the general exit. At the general exit you will make a left turn making your way to the departure area for all tours. The first area is for the large busses. Your pick up will be directly behind that at the independent operator dispatch gates to meet your tour guide. PLEASE NOTE !! If you do not enter or select a pick up location your tour will be cancelled as without this information we can not collect you for the tour. PLEASE submit the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking!
Itinerary
Choose a morning departure time anytime between 8am and 10am for your 6- to 7-hour private day tour of Barbados. Meet up with your guide at the location of your choosing (hotel or cruise port) and begin with a discussion of which attractions you want to visit. Together, you can plan an itinerary that encompasses all of the must-see landmarks and highlights according to your group's interests. Throughout the day, you'll get personalized attention from your guide and enjoy the chance to ask plenty of questions.

- PLEASE NOTE !! If you do not enter or select a pick up location your tour will be cancelled as without this information we can not collect you for the tour. PLEASE submit the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking. If your accommodation is not listed please select the closest hotel to your accommodation. Once your booking is made please then contact us through the message center to advise us of the location you are staying. Please be mindful we only pick up from coastal areas along the South and West Coast unless you are booked on a private tour or your booking is 10 or more persons. In such cases we can make exceptions.
- If you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend taking precautions before the start of the tour. Please also advise your tour guide. Whilst we can sympathize and will try to make you as comfortable as possible our island roads can be bumpy at windy. We must also ensure we take care of all our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. If you are ill on board, you will be required to reimburse the driver before the end of the tour for the cleaning fee of between US seventy five and one hundred and fifty dollars. Our tour started with our driver/tour guide Mr. Dustin picking us up at our AirBnB. He was on time, he was pleasant, he assisted us with tailoring our tour to ensure we get the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the Barbados life and history.

This was an excellent Taylor made excursion for whatever you would like to do while you’re on the island. Our driver, Winston, was very knowledgeable about history and geography, and you could tell he loves his island of Barbados.
The only thing Phil would like to add is for Winston to be ready to offer His recommendations more readily since visitors don’t know this island or know where to go. But overall, this was a wonderful day and we feel like we know Barbados.

This was a good experience, and our driver was great. We got to enjoy the monkey feeding, but unfortunately missed out on the cave because it was already fully booked. It was a bit disappointing since I had mentioned wanting both experiences when booking, but sometimes things happen. Our driver made up for it by taking us to a local beach, which was amazing. We had three kids with us, and they had a blast! Overall, despite the mix-up, we still had a wonderful time.

Can customize to suit your interests. We spent a great day touring Barbados with Orlando. We had 3 places we wanted to see on the island, and this was a way to fit them all in. We saw Harrison’s Cave, the Flower Forest botanical gardens and the green monkeys, arriving just on time for their feeding. Orlando was a great guide, personable and a safe driver. He even fit in a quick lunch stop at our request. We’d highly recommend a day with him.

We booked this particular private tour since we were staying on the east side of the island as the other offering by this same tour company only included pickups from the West and South of the island. We ended up paying more money for less as this offering does not include lunch and other amenities.
As to our chief complaint - there was no actual guide. This is a glorified transportation service. We didn't need a driver (we made it explicitly clear we had rented a car), we needed a knowledgeable tour guide who would be engaging and talk about the island's history, culture, and more. Instead we got a driver that barely engaged and only spoke when we asked questions (and even then). Come on guys - if you are in the tourism industry you need to be more engaging especially if you are giving TOURS. Completely disappointing experience.
Reader: We are not alone with these complaint, check out other reviews that have complaints about this same issue and likely the same female driver. I can only call her a driver because she was definitely not a tour guide.
I am sorry to say but you you would do well to invest in an actual tour guide or train your drivers better.

Chrissy was amazing! It was easy to book and we found the tour station right at the cruise port! She made us comfortable from the start and made sure the kids were having a good time too. She asked us if we wanted to do anything special and told her to take us to where she thought was best! She brought us all over the islands and we of course did the monkey feeding and Harrison Caves. She was funny and knowledgeable! She made sure she got our swimming in after requesting it. I loved her so much and she got us back in plenty of time to get back on the ship. Request her if you are going to do this tour! Thanks again Chrissy!!❤️❤️

We booked two days of this in order to see the entire island. Today we went to Animal Flower Cave, St. Nicholas Abbey, Wild Life Reserve and Bathsheba Beach. All beautiful sites and watching the monkeys was fun. Our driver/tour guide Lisa was very friendly and fun.

Orlando our driver was a great guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and full of fun.
Would highly recommend the fish cutters at Caboose, and try them with cheese it really works !!

This was an excellent excursion for our group of 10 in visiting Barbados while in port on a family Christmas cruise. Booking and communication was very easy prior to our excursion and it was easy to find the Beautiful Barbados team when we got to port. We were promptly met by our excellent guide, Stephen, who was so accommodating. He asked what things we wanted to do/places we wanted to see right away and we got started with our tour. The van was very nice and comfortable and had air conditioning. Stephen answered our questions and was an excellent guide giving us lots of info as we traveled through the different areas of the island. He pointed out Rhianna's childhood home as well as her current home. He had a great personality and took excellent care of our group. We went to the Barbados Wildlife Reserve which was a highlight for many of our group, as we got to see monkeys at their feeding time and interacting with each other right beside us. We also saw many other animals, many roaming freely which was so unique. On our way to the wildlife reserve, Stephen stopped at a very beautiful overlook at Cherry Tree Hill where we got some pictures of our group. After a great visit at the Wildlife Reserve, we headed to another location on our wish list--the beach at Carlisle Bay. The water was absolutely amazing and we had a wonderful time before heading back to the ship. If you have a large group who wants to spend time together like we did and do a few different things of your choice while visiting, I highly recommend Stephen and the Beautiful Barbados team. We felt very accommodated and well cared for and ended our time extremely satisfied with this excursion. Many of our group left Barbados with the desire to return again someday. What a great day thanks to a fantastic excursion!

Be very exact with where you want to go. Even have path planned for driver. Make sure to schedule the tours. Know where and when lunch is during this timeline

Wonderful experience. Our guide was so kind and very knowledgeable. He planed the itinerary based on where we wanted to go and answered our many questions on a number of topics. We spent the day seeing most of the island enjoying the spectacular sights of Barbados. Orlando made the day very special.

If you want a guide to give you an island tour then Steven is the one. If you want to pick where you want to go and beach hop like we did, then this is not the tour for you. Our guide wanted to dictate what we did on our private tour that we were supposed to select where to go. You are better off booking a speedboat tour if you want beaches.

Our guide Chris was excellent and taking us to the sites we wanted to see and tour the entire island. We did Harrison‘s cave, which is a must for everybody and the botanical gardens which is a great walk. Chris took us to a very nice restaurant right on the ocean Surrounded by a beautiful limestone rocks. We had a very good time and recommend this tour and our guide highly

So I woke up this morning knowing I had this booked, but had NO IDEA what I wanted to go see in Barbados. Our wonderful and amazing driver Cris threw out several suggestions, and off we went! We had a very memorable day of the Harrison Cave, watching a monkey feeding frenzy, very good seafood on the beach and a very informative tour throughout the southern part of the island. My entire family, including our son Custard (Cris knows who this is!), had the best day of our entire weeklong cruise. This was soooooo much better than a traditional cruise excursion being herded in a bus like cattle. If you are reading this and not booking with them, you are trying to NOT have the best time possible in Barbados.

Our tour guide, Glyne was AMAZING! He was literally like a walking encyclopedia. He knew so many facts about the island. We let him decide where to take us since we were first time visitors and we wanted the perspective of a local. He took us to some remote places that we would have NEVER found on our own. The beauty of this island is immeasurable. We covered a great deal of the island on our tour. We went all the way to North Barbados and we got to see goats, sheep, and some mongoose along the ride. The stops we made were so beautiful that I wanted to take a million pictures. He took us to a restaurant on a beach (too rough for swimming, but oh, so beautiful). The food was the best food we had during our trip and Barbados was our 5th country. It was so delicious. I had coconut shrimp and my husband had the pork chop. We ended the day on the beach. It was a little crowded, but it was a beautiful beach. There was a nice beach bar there and there was a court of food trucks. We did not get food because we were too full from lunch, but the options were surely tempting. The only thing that disappointed me is that we paid a lot for this excursion (and it was worth it) but it included discounted entrance fees, and we did not go anywhere with an entrance fee. We had to pay $20 for chairs and an umbrella on the beach. That's not a bad price, but with the price we paid of the excursion, I was not expecting additional charges. That $20 was part of the money we brought for the driver's tip, but we had to use it for the chairs/umbrella. The driver deserved the entire tip and that made us feel bad. Other than that, it was a perfect day. I honestly don't think we could have had a better experience with any other guide because Glyne gave us spectacular views and TONS of history. We highly recommend this excursion and if you can recommend Glyne, do it. You won't be disappointed.

Lisa was a fantastic guide! She took us to all of the places we wanted to go. We had a great day visiting Hunt's Gardens, Harrison's Cave and to a FABULOUS lunch at the Animal Flower Cave Restaurant. My only complaint is we received no tour discounts that was suggested in their title.

We had a great, personalized day. Much better than cruise line excursions offered. Didn't have time for Harrison's Cave because we wanted to see the whole island. Also chose not to pay the high "admission fees" for some of the tourist locations, but still had a great time.
