Please note that we only pick up from Hotels and Villas along the south and west coast. PLEASE READ ALLL OF THE BELLOW INFORMATION AS IT GREATLY IMPACTS YOUR EXCURSION. Because we are unaware of where these pick-ups will be at the time of your booking, we will give you a wide window of time for your pick-up. On the afternoon before your tour, we will contact you by email to provide you with a more accurate pick-up time within the window provided to you at this time. YOUR PICK-UP WINDOW IS: 8:00-10am Please note you will be contacted the day before your tour with you exact pick up time. Be ready and waiting in the lobby of your hotel. Our guides can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes for you if you are late. If you have not already done so please provide us with your room number, if you have not yet checked in to your resort please email us after you have and provide the number. This will make your pick up process run efficiently. If you are not staying at a hotel please provide the location pin and a contact number that you can be reached at during your stay. Our guides can contact you on WhatsApp so if you have a WhatsApp number that is best. PLEASE NOTE !! If you do not enter or select a pick up location your tour will be cancelled as without this information we can not collect you for the tour.
