Nice car, good driver. Wished he would have told more about the different areas we were going through. The ride was very smooth, traffic crazy, but driver was very patient.

A friend recommended Viator for our trip to NYC (our daughter’s first trip) and knowing how unpredictable flying is, I wanted the experience of getting from the airport to Manhattan to be seamless for my daughter. Enter Viator… he waited during our 3 delayed and showed up with our name on a tablet, cold waters and chargers for our phones. He got all the bags into the impeccably clean Suburban and us to the hotel quickly and safely! It was a great experience!
