こちらからの確認に対する返事はとても速いですし、また絶対に遅刻をしない時間に送迎時間を設定するあたりなど頼りになりました。
また当日もドライバーはしっかりと時間内に到着しておりますので、また機会があればお願いしたいと思います。
It was a very reliable transportation.
The replies to my confirmations were very fast, and I was able to rely on them by setting the pick-up and drop-off time at a time when I would definitely not be late.
Also, the driver always arrived on time on the day of the trip, so I would like to hire him again if I have another chance.

Easy transfer, reasonable priced. Arrived at time indicated, not sure why picked up 2.5 hrs before flight though since airport is very small.

We like to have guests at the airport with plenty of time to spare as there can be traffic and also with so many flight disruptions best to be early!

We had a 4.30 am transfer and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived at reception. The reason I would ok’d not recommend it is because we stopped to pick up another passenger. We were made the airport in time but we expected to be there 10 mins earlier. What bothered me most about it is that there was no communication about sharing the rude. I expected it to be a private transfer as upon arrival to Vanuatu. We still paid the same money and I could have booked a taxi for less money and it would have been more private.

Our airport transfers are not private and we try our best to ensure all guests are at the airport with ample time to check in so we ensure our buses picking up other guests are along the way and not on the other side of town.

Nous n'avons pas été contents car jamais prévenus malgré différents appels de notre hôtel de l'heure de ramassage pour notre retour. Nous avons trouvé ceci impoli et déplorons cette attitude qui n'est pas conforme à ce que nous connaissions de Viator. C'est seulement le jour de notre retour que nous avons su enfin l'heure de ramassage. Pour nous cela a représenté une image négative, et du laisser aller !!!
