It’s easy to book for foreigners with clear message and introduction. The staff is professional, they will wait you in airport with clear sign. And the driver is nice, fast and safe
Tour company provided clear pick up instruction prior to my arrival which I met with the staff at arrival hall without issue. The car was clean and comfortable. However the worst thing was to make the few of us waited in the car for over 30 min without any explanation. The time could make the driver able to drop us to the hotels and back to airport to pick up the delayed group. Because of that i almost missed the closing time of the museum and all money exchange closed by that time.

The transfer option you booked is a shared transfer option which is more cheaper than taking a taxi for 1-4 passengers.
For guests who prefer a quicker transfer direct to their hotel, we also provide Private airport transfers.
You could have booked this in advance via our website or arranged with our airport arrival team upon arrival.

There were multiple desks and people trying to offer their services but the people at the desk were helpful, driver was waiting at arrivals and I got my flower necklace! :-)

My wife and daughter were abused by the tour operator at the airport desk and followed up by being ripped off on a tour booking.

The driver was already waiting for me so no time waited after my arrival. Brought me to my hotel safely and quickly.
Even though the reservation and payment were completed, no one came to pick me up, so I contacted the customer center and was told that the service could not be provided because it was too late to make the reservation.
If that's the case, shouldn't it be impossible to make reservations in the first place?
Furthermore, I had to wait for almost an hour at the airport, so when I asked for compensation, I was told that the department in charge would contact me, but I still haven't heard back.
This response is terrible.

My hotel was a 10 minute drive from the airport, but it took almost 90 mins to get there from when I got through customs etc. That’s not entirely the operators fault (customs, security & baggage holdups would have slowed the departure down) but if I had my time again I’d just get a taxi.

Thank you for your review.
We confirm that it takes a while to go through customs, security and baggage collections but this is out of our control.
If you had booked a Private Transfer, we would have transferred you straight to the hotel as soon as you came out but you booked a shared seat in coach transfer.
With this transfer option, we have to wait for all guests to come before your bus/coach leaves the airport.

Shared trip with 5 other travelers. There was a fair amount of luggage & as there was no net or barrier between luggage and seats, one person ensured that luggage would not crash forward into us.
The driver was waiting and took us to the van where we waited for another couple before heading into town . The van was full but all was good. Very happy
Don’t use this company… they are unorganized and unprofessional… I arrived and waited an hour in their van before the shuttle left… the van was dirty, hot and had ants all over the seats… it was more of a hassle to get this transfer…
Efficient shuttle bus transfer to our accomodation. Due to our original flight cancellation we arrived almost 24 hours late and our bus transfer was there to meet us! Thank you@
When you head out of the airport, look for anyone with the t-shirt logo “Atmospheric”. They wouldn’t hold the big sign with your names, but they did have a small sheet of paper with a table that had the names of passengers to be picked up, so you just need to check with him/them standing next to the Vodafone / Western Union counters, after you pick up your luggage and go past customs.
It’s a small airport with quite a lot of people standing/walking around, but everyone knows Atmospheric (so what I did was that I just asked around whether they knew where the Atmospheric guy was).
It’s a shared transfer service (so you may need to wait for other passengers to be picked up together), but the vehicle was comfortable.
It is pricier than catching the taxi at the airport but when you’re entering a new country a pick-up pre-organized would take out some stress especially if you have only a few days in Vanuatu.
It turned out to be all well organized. I was one of the later once to come true the custom baggage check. I got a bit worried and confused, I was looking for a Viator sign in the arrival hall ! Bud there was no Viator sign. There are some small desk there with names. Apparently there was the second desk with some other sign and my name printed on a paper. (I did not see my name). Bud that was my fault. The security guy was very helpful. And after 10 minutes we did all meet up and went on our way.
