False Advertising Galore! Skip this one!

False advertising: there is no snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, or any other activities included. For $50 you get a ride from your hotel (200baht value round trip), a visit to the island on a speedboat (300 baht value round trip), beach chair (100 baht), lunch (150 baht). So you pay $50 (1600 baht) for 750 baht worth of service. If you’re ok with that then go for it but i’ll also add that most of the crew was kind of rude, which is surprising in Thailand. “Come on, let’s go, etc”. There was no real guide, they just shuffled the group from boat to land to boat, and then set you free on the island. Also seemed mismanaged, unorganized, and the speedboat felt pretty shabby. Uou can just go to the dock and pay 300 baht round trip and you’ll save money and be in better company. And by the way, the photos on the advertisement are not of Coral Island, they look like Phi Phi Island, so more false advertising there. Finally there is no tour name company listed on Viator. All the crew wore shirts saying Quality Island Inc. but there was no 1 person in charge I could talk to about the activities. Also you pay for water, they give you 1 bottle with lunch. I recommend skipping this one!!

A Wasted Day, A Waste of Money

The trip was not enjoyable. We were literally the only anglo couple (white, english speaking) in the entire disorganized group. We were picked up from our hotel almost antime, we then waited an hour at or near the dock to get onto an overcrowded boat which I personally refused, then the overage people were moved to a second boat. We then were transferred to a barge in the harbour for another hour, supposedly awaiting more "english speaking guests, which never materialized. We were introduced to a staff member who was to offer one of us a snorkelling activity. We were then transferred on another boat to an activity only known as "seawalk" we dropped off all other guests and were taken to a beach on "Coral Island". We never did see the "snorkelling staff member on the beach, were shown to some chairs in the shade and a bar with a bathroom where we could purchase booze. We sat in the shade, played some in the ocean, and noted the overcrowding across the entire beach. Upon exiting the island the staff had the same difficulty with organization and it looked for all the world like herding cats. When we made it back to Pattaya pier, we were again herded through the area with staff again showing their lack of organization, and finally with 2 bus changes we were taken back to our hotel. I do not recommend this tour through VIATOR or Quality Island Tours, it was WAAAY overpriced for a ton of waiting around having to inquire repeatedly for direction in english all to "go to the beach" A total waste of $126 Canadian, and no we did not get served any food. Thankfully We had brought a fruit tray and food was available for cash purchase. A huge waste of time and money. ZERO stars.

This is a scam, there is no Island tour, no snorkeling gear, doesn't match the tour description, and no Sak Island visit. We were dropped off dropped off at crowded beach, packed with extremely rude people that were putting chairs in front of us, shouting and trying to move our things. Dave your money, take a public speed boat or public ferry for a fraction of the price and find a nice and quiet place on the Island. The operator also didn't respond to our complaint.

For starters the picture advertised is in a different part of thailand anyway the island and my tour was full of rude Indians i was basically the only white person on the island water also had lots of plastic is better just pay 150baht to go alone by speed boat ect
