Excellent horses (calm and healthy) and brilliant staff. The route starts with a steep rocky climb which is slightly nerve wracking but the horses are very comfortable with it.

I got to the venue and was told that my reservation was cancelled. They then accused me of trying to scam them and one of the guides (a male) became very aggressive with me and even hit my arm. I remained calm and tried to de-escalate the situation but that seemed to offend him more. It was unprofessional. I offered to pay cash as I was with a group of friends and I had added the money excursion later. He finally calmed down and I was given a horse and allowed to participate but the experience was ruined before it started.

You are telling Lies about everything . You did not even check your emails that shows that your booking was cancelled . You appeared there demanding to ride and denying to owners of the farm to check your mails in front of them. You spoke to owner on the phone and she politely explained that your reservation was cancelled . And you replied to her I have paid its 19.22 and i will make my ride. You acted lake crazy and also you did cancel your reservation in Viator and you got a free ride. As per physical contact, we do not treat clients with out respect eventhouh some of them not worth it I am contacting police station now and port authorities too Giving your details to check your name when you depart and if you are already gone we will block when you are going to leave out Greece. I am the agent of the tour and these actions will not be with out any consequences.
