Overview
Combine the thrill of speeding across the water in a rigid inflatable boat with some sightseeing around Noosa on this adventure boat tour. Cruise down the Noosa River out onto Laguna Bay, where the boat has more room for high speed maneuvers and tight turns. Follow the coast round to Noosa National Park for views of the coast and the possible sighting of local marine life. There is only room for 12 participants on this tour.

A nice, fun way to see the area down the river and out onto the ocean. We were lucky to see a pod of dolphins. Beautiful scenery all the way around from Tewantin Marina to Sunshine Beach. The vessel was a little rocky when we stopped to look at the dolphins and some other spots - glad I took Travacalm as I have a tendency to get seasick easily - would suggest you do the same if you’re that way inclined. This would not stop me from doing it again - money well spent on a fun experience.

Mike was a great host - knowledgeable and felt safe the whole trip. Explained where we would go and exactly what would happen on the trip. Saw dolphins and had plenty of time for pics so worth it!

As 3 ladies in their sixties we were concerned about getting on and off the boat. Christian assured us that he would make sure we were able to enjoy the experience and he did! Rest assured this trip is not just for the young! We loved it and what's more we saw dolphins! Fab!

Trip for Noosa when you get here gives you a big picture of what's going on and looking back at the land from sea is pretty breathtaking

Peaceful Noosa River journey, caught some big air over the breakers, saw some amazing cliff views and even saw some dolphins! The driver/tour guide was a lot of fun and quite knowledgeable. Tour guide was on time, only had to wait longer for other passengers to arrive.
Big tip: make sure you wear very good sunscreen!

Had so much fun on the Oceanrider during our time in Noosa, such a thrill and couldn't stop smiling. Even saw whales!! Our guide was fantastic and gave facts along the whole way. Prepare to get wet but have the time of your life!

Myself (56 year old male), my partner and son (48 year old female and 14 year old male) set sail with Christian for an awesome trip around the Noosa headland. He explained the way the boat would perform and how to get the best out of the experience. We had the quiet tour down the river before crossing the bar and then having a great ride through the surf, getting wet, airborne and quietly watching dolphins close by. A whole range of great experiences which we all found exhilarating. A great experience for holidaymakers or locals. Highly recommend 👌

The speed was fantastic and the captains control of the boat was amazing. Outside of the fun we had jumping waves we had the blessing of slowing to a stop as a pod of dolphins swam by.

The exhilaration of flying off the back of the pretty big swell, it was scary but so fun!
Getting to see the coast from the water, it’s such a beautiful place.
The skill of the driver made the speeds we got to and the ‘doughnuts’ so much fun!

Lots of fun! Would highly recommend this activity for a family outing. Nathan was an expert driver. We felt safe even though we were bashing into waves and going very fast. Be prepared to get wet.

We had the best time on our Thrill Ride with Noosa Oceanrider! Nathan was fantastic, sharing some great local knowledge with us and ensuring we were safe and had an epic time. The thrill ride far exceeded my expectations - we were laughing, cheering and whooping the whole time, got to spot dolphins, saw parts of the coastline we hadn't before and just generally had so much fun! If you get boat sick be sure to take some medicine before you go as, when Nathan cuts the engine to show you stuff, the boat rolls with the waves which could make you queasy. 10/10 loved it!!!
