Unfortunately we didn’t see much of the turtles, just a few heads bobbing on the surface. Also didn’t get to go into the water

If you're on a cruise ship, do not book this tour. This port often has difficult weather, making the docking or tendering process difficult. We were unable to stop at this port and this tour company did not refund us our money, despite the fact that the cruise ship could not stop. There is only one way to stop unethical companies, and that is not to do business with them.

Hi Patrick, We have a very generous 24 hour cancellation policy. Unfortunately, you cancelled your tour just 40 minutes prior to departure, meaning we did not have time to fill your places. You were made aware of our cancellation policy at the time of booking and were seemingly aware that disembarkation from your ship to port is difficult. As I suggested when we spoke, I would recommend you make a claim through your cruise travel insurance to be reimbursed for your missed shore excursion as a result of the ships change of plans. All the best.

My hubby and I are always looking for adventure on our long weekends, so we settled on a rafting adventure for the May Day weekend. Best fun we have had in ages! Laughed the whole time! Do not miss out on this experience 10/10.
