Pick-up At the Airport: One of our representatives (Either a National Tourist Guide Lecturer or a Chauffeur Tourist Guide Lecturer) who will go on the tour with you will be there to welcome you at the Airport showing a sign board with Lead Traveler's Name. At the Hotel: 1. We will confirm your pick-up time in advance. 2. Kindly arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time. 3. Early or late pick-up is possible. 4. Pick-up is available in Bentota, Aluthgama, Wadduwa, Kalutara, Mountn Lavinia, Dehiwala, Kollupitiya, Colombo, & Negambo (City areas only). 5. This means that, Where it is impossible to provide a triple room, you will have to decide which of your party takes the single room. Family of four or more - You will most likely to stay in two Double rooms. If and wherever possible we will try our best to put you in a quadruple room. Whilst we will do our very best to ensure that families are roomed close together (in some cases, we can arrange adjoining rooms), we can’t guarantee this. While all other members have to be occupied in double rooms, means two pax per one double Room. And you need to come prepared for this.
