Experience a 35-minute scenic helicopter flight above the magnificent alpine landscape of Aoraki Mt. Cook and its surrounding peaks, and make a snow landing (weather dependent). You’ll soar above steep ridges and rise over a mountain pass that affords aerial views of the Ben Ohau Range. Step out and play in the snow before enjoying more expansive views down the Tasman Valley. Pilot narration on the sights is included.

Make your way to the helicopter base at Glentanner Park in Mt. Cook Village. Board the twin-engine helicopter, which seats up to six passengers. Buckle up after a safety briefing in preparation for a 35-minute scenic flight that includes a snow landing high in the mountains when the conditions are favourable.
Listen to commentary from your pilot, who expertly hovers the helicopter above an alpine landscape of scarred ridges left by ancient glaciers. Soar over the steep, rugged ridges of the Ben Ohau Range en route to a mountain pass through the Southern Alps.
Experience a brief landing and step out of the helicopter to play in the snow. Take advantage of prime views of 12,217-foot (3,724-meter) Aoraki Mt. Cook from above.
On your return flight to Glentanner Park, look down the Tasman Valley toward Lake Pukaki.

I booked heli flight in mt cook in late evening to next morning 9.00. I went airport office 8.30 like should be, they said i was the only one who booked that flight so i can't go. I asked why they called me yearlier that is cancelled that reason and i drove there in vain. They said office just opened so there was nobody at work at morning before 8.30.
in any case, the weather was bad, but I would have liked to know when I booked the trip in the evening that no one else was coming so that I wouldn't have driven to the place in vain

Third time lucky Gorgeous day great flight - but I flew with my friend from Australia and booked this for a “snow landing” since he never seen snow - not a happening thing at this time of year - this should have been explained as we could’ve paid less just for a scenic flight which is all we got really

We did the 35min flight with the landing, we were pleased it took the alternative route as this was much closer to Mt Cook. Weather was great, views, commentary and landing made all the difference. If doing it again, we would do the 40min flight or go from the Mt Cook airport.

I appreciate that it was necessary to cancel all flights today because of the weather. What I find piss poor is the lack of notification advising of this, when you made the decision to ground all helicopters. We incurred a 400km round trip unnecessarily as a result of your poor customer service.
Not the surprise birthday present I was hoping to give my wife.

Professionally run, with friendly and helpful staff. There was a fog at Glentanners and we were told to go Mt Cook aerodrome where weather was better. Our pilot, Dan was knowledgeable and experienced, landing and take off was smooth. I traveled with my kids and they loved it, playing with the snow on top. If going with a young kid may want to have small sweets with u to comfort them, if they have problems with the air pressure in their ears. But otherwise, it’s perfectly fine for young kids. Highly recommended!

We did not go on this flight. It was too windy all day- Sun 6th Mar. All helicopters were grounded. We re-booked for Fox Glacier on Sun 13th Mar. but no helicopters were flying that afternoon. Finally we got our flight at Franz Joseph. I wouldn't book this way again because I didn't have the flexibility to do something different when nothing was flying. I was very pleased with the flight we did go on, however every one else paid just 310 NZD PP for the flight we paid 336.80 AUD PP

Amazing sights, friendly crew, but be warned minimum numbers required to fly, so you may end up sitting around waiting for late tourists!

We think it would have been amazing if we had been able to walk on a glacier; however, we did get to walk on some snow.

当日朝9時を予約していたが天候（くもがのこっている）理由にキャンセルされ、再予約。ただ時間に余裕ができたため、再予約ではアップデートした。
そのおかげでマウントクックを周回し複数の氷河及び、雪原を十分に堪能することが出来た。
夏であり、雪原含め全く寒くなかった。サングラスはあった方が良いが、ヘリコプター内は昨無なく軽装で良い。地理が頭に入っていた方が楽しめるのでその点だけ悔い。
