2nd worst tour, after the day before with this guide. Booked time was 1pm pick up time told by guide was 3pm. Which ruined my planned day. Same again young son tagged along. Felt like I was an extra on a father son outing, guide paid more attention to him than me. Felt awkward at every stop like all they wanted to do was to leave and get tour over with.

Well, 1st of all i have informed you that since you are a solo traveller we will be departing a bit late as normally solo traveller will end finish the tour earlier as you dont need to wait for others and you had agreed upon. Tour is not what time we start and what time we end. It's about timing and all the proposed itinerary are full covered. I even bring you up to Luak Bay Area to see all the luxurious bungalows and also the 1st point where Japanese invasion during WWII which is not in the itinerary to drag the time. This is because Miri City Hall opens at 1700hrs daily and if we are going earlier and tour ends earlier then you will not able to go to Miri City Roof Top for the 360 view of Miri. I even brought you for a drinks and some local snacks on my own expenses for you to try our local delicacies even it's not in the itinerary. My son Wallace isnt disturbing you at all. He never needs my attention whenever i'm on tour as this is how i trained my son to gain more interest in tourism. Every stops i don't even rush you to leave even. Every stops i did gv you all the detailed and full commentary as well. Felt very disappointed on your every statements by twisting all the facts
