Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Good driver but nervous wait for confirmation

Let me say that the driver was excellent. Arrived early so we could depart a little ahead of time. Drove safely and dropped us off with clear directions to the check-in. The pick-up was early morning (0345) and this gave the oompany arranging the transfer problems in locating a driver prepared to take the fare. It was only confirmed 12 hours before the transfer. This made me nervous as trying to get an Uber at that time of the morning would have a problem. In the end they secured one but it felt like we were lucky. As the fare was many times that of an Uber it did not feel terribly good value.

Hi, Thank you for your review. I would just like to clarify something as the information that you have provided that the transfer was only confirmed 12 hours prior is not correct. All transfers are confirmed once a booking is made via Viator. We only contact the passengers in the event that extra information is required. You have exchanged messages with us back on the 8th of December and we have let you know that the transfer was scheduled for 3 hours prior to the flight departure so your scheduled departure was 03:15. We also advised what website to use to reconfirm the transfer 48 hours prior to transfer which is the same mentioned on the voucher. You then sent us a message on the 1st of January requesting to be picked up at 03:45 to which we replied we were checking availability and we would let you know the following day . As you can imagine, the new year is a busy period for us so on the 2nd of January we have confirmed that the booking has been amended for 03:45. In other words the transfer was not confirmed only 12 hours prior to transfers, it was the amendment for the new pick up time that was only confirmed the day before. Kind regards
