We've been looking for a good snorkeling experience and this was it. Communication was excellent, starting immediately after I booked the trip.
We snorkeled at three spots (2 at Koh Rok and one at Koh Haa). Our guide, On, pointed out the best places to swim at each spot.
The snorkeling was excellent, with lots to see at each spot. Like most places in the world, much of the coral was bleached but we did see lots of healthy coral as well. Many varieties of fish, even moray eels and cuttlefish.
Water and soft drinks were available all day.
My wife was stung by a jellyfish at our last swim, and our guide acted quickly to assess the situation, and to alleviate her discomfort. (It wasn't serious and she was fine before we arrived back at Saladan.)
The boat and snorkeling gear was all fairly new and in good shape.
Overall it was a great day!

We had a good time! Swim around Ko Haa for bigger fish and a cave! You can bring beers and put them in their cooler!

Go for this if you enjoy being packed like a sardine in a clown car. No shade on the actual staff on the boat, but the company needs to stop being so greedy and take less people on the boat.

While there is definitely coral bleaching there is still some good snorkelling. The lunch was simple but tasty and we found them to be quite organized even though it was a big group. The initial boat ride was about an hour on a speed boat so keep that in mind if you get seasick.

Very good tour. Snorkeling spots were decent. The water was crystal and there were lots of fish etc to see. The lunch served at Koh Rok was good! All in all nothing to complain about!

The tour was average. Snorkeling wasn’t anything special and all three stops had the same reef and fish. Did see 2 squid though! The lunch was basic and took up the majority of the tour at 2 hours. Saw monitor lizards and that was cool! The guides had little to no interaction with the passengers. The tour to phi phi maya beach was way better

It was an amazing trip! Super organised: we received a message a few minutes after booking the trip with the pick up information. They were on time and very friendly. The guide (TAY) was super sweet and even wanted to hold our baby so we could snorkel together.
We had unlimited water and soft drinks on the boat, and had a litte snack (fruit). Lunch was on a beautiful island and was very good.
The snorkeling itself was also very nice! we saw a lot of fish an even a shark! I was even thinking about doing the same trip again.

Well run tour including hotel pickup and drop off. The snorkelling spots were a little bit samey, but here was still plenty to see in the 30-40 minutes we had in each spot. Koh Haa was a particular highlight with the five rock islands in the middle of nowhere.
Lunch was decent, but the lunch break could have been a little shorter (it was almost 2h) as there was not too much to do there except swim and relax on the beach.
Definitely worth the trip though!

It was a great tour! I wasn’t snorkeling, but I had a great time! I was swimming in the sea on Koh Rok and in the turquoise waters in Koh Ha. Summary of the tour: absolutely stunning clear water turquoise lagoons and white sandy beaches, comfortable speed boat ride, delicious lunch on the beach included in the tour, and staff members - very friendly and helpful (our guide, Non aka Leo was funny, informative and friendly). Amazing tour! Thank you. I would do it again and recommend to my friends :)

Everything was OK but just OK with the exception of the National Park beach where we had lunch ( just OK) where the beach was stunningly beautiful with sparkly crystal clear water and soft white sand. The speed boat was functional- it was at full capacity so was just a means of getting A-B quickly but was over 2 hours of the day. Your view on the snorkelling will depend on where you have snorkelled before and when. We are a 65 year old well travelled couple who have had the benefit of snorkelling in these parts for over 40 years. The decline of coral and fish everywhere for us is a sad sight but that said there are still a variety of pretty fish and we are still glad we spent a day doing this.

Excellent day tour. Beautiful beach and snorkelling. Crew and speedboat was excellent. The Thai style lunch was delicious. Got 2 hours on Koh Rok to chill between snorkelling stops. The tour didn’t feel rushed. Would definitely to another trip with Tin Adventures.

I was a little wary about booking a snorkeling trip as there are a number of prior reviews talking about over crowded boats / locations. There were 42 people on my speed boat which was not too bad as the capacity was around 60. This trip was to Ko Rok and Ko Haa. The crew were very helpful and good information was provided about each stop. The 3 x snorkeling stops were excellent with very good visibility, great fish and coral. Each stop last around 35 minutes. The lunch stop included a massaman curry and a few other dishes. This stop was for 2 hours and I would have preferred an extra 15 minutes snorkeling at each location and 1 hour for lunch. In summary, I enjoyed the trip and would say that it provided good value for the $49.

The tour staff were so helpful and kind. The tour leader (can't remember his name) explained everything so well and took time to chat with us and check up on us. The tour itself takes you to 2 beautiful quiet islands and the snorkeling on the coral reef is amazing.

What a beautiful world under the water! I have never seen so many colorful fish. Simple but very tasty lunch on the beach. We were very impressed how well tour was organized.Trasfers from/to hotel were super swift. Definitely recommend it.

The snorkeling sites were amazing and the lunch stop at Koh Rok Nai was very relaxing.
The return trip was very uncomfortable because of the aggressive driving in windy conditions with big waves.

The best tour we had while staying in Koh Lanta, I definitely recommend. Koh Rok is beautiful and it was our favorite island. Plenty of time for snorkeling and relaxing on the beach. The last stop on the coral riff was the best. We saw many different and beautiful fishes (we saw clown fish!) Guides were very nice as well.

We have been on both the Koh Rok and Ko Ha tour and the 4 Island tour, both were excellent through this company. The hosts are super friendly and lovely with kids. The boat was spacious and we had plenty of time to explore all areas. We would recommend to anyone looking to take either tour!

Amazing staff, delicious lunch and awesome snorkeling spots!
You spent around 2hrs on the boat and a lot of time in the water - pick up from the Hotel is also really convenient. Nevertheless it’s quite touristy on Koh Rok as all boats make a stop there for lunch - but we weren’t bothered as it’s low season.

The snorkeling sites were gorgeous and protected enough that there was no need to fight the wind or the current. I loved just floating along watching the fish among the plants and coral. The lunch on the beach was delicious and the crew was very helpful.
The ride was very bumpy (it was a windy day and we traveled fast). It didn’t bother me, but I would think it should be avoided by anyone with back problems, or who tends to get motion sickness.
I would definitely do the trip again.

Great trip, saw so much in one day, snorkelling was amazing, the best i’ve ever done. Our hotel was offering shorter tours to these places for a greater cost so I’d say this was a great way to see it all in one day for a reasonable price. Be warned though that the entry fee to the national park is extra and quite pricey at 400thb

Our guide got in the water with us to show us different marine life at the different snorkelling spots. These areas had beautiful corals and we're deep enough to remain a safe distance. Staff were very friendly and the boat ride was amazing - it helped that it was a sunny day and we weren't crammed on a boat with too many people. The lunch buffet was delicious as well. I definitely recommend this tour over the Phi Phi Island tours.
