Booking was easy, we received our email from viator stating the pick up time (9:00 am) and details about the excursion.
At 4:00 am the morning of the trip i got a message saying we would be picked up at 8:40. I advised that this info was needed at least 24 hour (or at least the night before during waking hours). Then the coordinator said they would move us to the afternoon slot as the morning was a really big group. I was confused as the viator ad says up to a group of 12 ppl.
We agreed to the time change to be with the smaller group. Our driver arrived 35 mins late to pick us (4 adults) up stating it was because other guests were late, then we stopped to collect another 7 ppl, so we were 11 adults in a sungtow- it was hot and uncomfortable but only a 15 mins ride.
When we arrived there was another group of 5 ppl waiting to join us for the excursion, for a total of 16 ppl.
The excursion itself wasn't bad and Ramadon was a good guide but with the larger group it was hard to hear him at times. I overall enjoyed the excursion but don't know if I would recommend it. The best part was visiting the monkeys but otherwise...meh...

We had a great time kayaking the mangroves! Our guide Ramadan was funny, knowledgeable, and showed us many beautiful creatures in this giant ecosystem. The highlight was the monkeys, had a few climb on the kayak including a mama and baby. Then after we returned we were fed fruit and some delicious fried rice and got to feed the giant fish at the pier. Highly recommend booking with Ramadan!

Got picked up on time, short drive to the mangroves. Kayaked around for around 1.5 hours, we were greeted by wild monkeys who got on our kayaks ! Loved this! Our guide was really good and told us to keep valuables in our bag, he fed the monkeys
We were then served a lovely rice dish and a drink

Beautiful kayak ride in the mangrove! Very accessible. Lots of folklore around monkeys waiting for tourists to drink and eat. Nice guide.
Poor organization for meals and taxi rides.
