We pick up from the hotel and bring you to our shop on bang bao pier for check in and to try equipment, then we leave by boat from the pier around 9am.

Fantastic experience on Koh Chang

Had a fantastic time snorkeling. We saw three really great dive sites (one of them had fairly strong currents however), and we were even able to rent a camera to get some great underwater footage. Lots of great sea life and the provided lunch was really good! Bring plenty of sunscreen! All in all recommended.

We felt very safe, with lots of qualified people to help with kids (10, 8 yo twins). The staff were so friendly and helpful, and took us to three different sites for snorkeling.

sorry to read you that you did not expect the boat ride out to the national park, indeed is it 1,5 hour to reach the sites there, but we go there daily since the reefs are so nice in K rang nat park. Nice to read you enjoyed the snorkeling. Kind greets, Kristel BB

Good tour but need improvement

Snorkeling spot was amazing, so much beautiful. But as one snorkeling member’s comment, we had to wait quite a long time. Since this tour is together with diving members, we have to wait for their rest time. We left Bang Bao Beach at 9:15 and returned at 17:30…. So tired. Nice tour but it should be improved.

sorry to read that you did not feel the tour was for snorkeling. We usually have happy snorkelers since for diving or snorkeling there are guides who assist with the activity. The trip to k rang is indeed a full day, which is why most people chose it. Still, it seems you enjoyed some of the snorkeling and beautiful reefs, so I hope that made up for the long day. Nice fish seeing excursion to remote islands

Amazing variety of fish to see, nice top deck on boat to relax, lunch was fine (curry, rice, vegetables), soft drinks n cold water on tap and chocolate snacks available. Was quite a long day at 10hours+ door to door so don't plan for the 7hrs quoted! More attention aimed at the scuba divers on trip tbh we were left on our own pretty much so be aware of that.

Attention nous sommes proche de l’arnaque… - La même excursion était à 700 baht à l’accueil de l’hôtel mais nous avons préférer payer un peu plus chère sur Viator (34e) pour être sur un bateau avec moins de monde (indiquer 10/15 personne max sur l’annonce) au final nous nous sommes retrouvés sur un bateau à 30 personnes comme l’hôtel proposait. - C’est une excursion pour les plongeurs bouteille sur laquelle vous venez vous greffer. Sûr chaque site vous devez attendre qu’ils plongent et qu’ils remontent sur le bateau. Le personnel s’occupe uniquement des plongeurs. Aucune interaction avec les personnes faisant du snorkeling hormis le brief du départ et de fin. Seul point positif les spots de snorkeling étaient sympas. Je déconseille fortement, passé directement avec l’accueil de votre hôtel si vous voulez vraiment faire cette excursion vous économiserez quelques euros.

auch, it makes us sad to read that you did not enjoy your day out with us. We usually come back with happy snorkelers and divers on our trips, so will check on your remarks of course. We have 4 different boats, between 15 p max to 50 p max, we will have a look if maybe this got mixed up in the description, but can assure you that we have no intention of selling our trip with false information. As mentioned we do not often have bad reviews, because we take our customer service as highest priority. We do indeed dive and snorkel on the same boat, which gives the time at one spot longer, this is one of the reasons many snorkelers choose to join us, since it gives time to go around the islands as opposed to the quick stops offered on the 5 island trips. This is a personal choice depending which kind of trip you prefer. Snorkelers and divers are briefed and given equipment equally though. Well, all this being said, sorry you did not enjoy your snorkeling trip with us, hope you had a better time on the rest of your stay in Koh Chang. Kind greets, Kristel BB

Très bonne organisation (prise en charge, prêt de matériel, encadrement), choix de sites bien adapté, temps nécessaire pour apprécier chaque site, bon repas sous forme de buffet, boissons, fruits.
