The guide Donnete was 30 minutes late, stopped in the middle of the walk at a bakery to solve particular problems and did not meet the promised schedule. The tour lasted 2 hours unless the combined and we did not visit the National Gallery. The guide only led us to the sites, without explaining anything.
She was just driving. By the way, the car was in a bad state of conservation and we were stuck in it for a defect in the door. When questioned, the guide said that she had private appointments after the tour and did not give time to visit the National Gallery, even after two hours. Also, the guide did not speak Spanish. We booked a tour in Spanish and had a guide who only spoke English. I do not recommend this tour.
