Great communication from time of booking to time of drop off. Driver met us timely right outside of the airport gates with our name plaque, was very accommodating. The car was clean, smelled very nice, great entertainment system and music, chilled water for comfort. He made sure we were comfortable and safe. Very smooth ride, absolutely recommend to anyone for any transportation needs. 10/10 experience

I will not use Viator again. However, on a positive note, my driver was excellent—accommodating, professional, friendly, and punctual. The experience with the driver alone would warrant a five-star rating; in fact, I would rate it ten stars. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge demonstrated by Viator as a company, I cannot assign a positive rating to the overall experience. I would have given zero stars for Viator, but my driver compensated for this by providing exceptional service, making up for the shortcomings of the company.
