The tour only incluid trasportation, when arrived you need pais extra guide for walk in the mountain

Hello Victoria, After reading your review I realized that something didn't seem correct with your experience and our tour offerings and so I had to enquire before responding to your review. First I appologize that you felt the tour was just about transportation because the stops along the way and the nature trails were chosen with care so all our guests can have a positive memorable Blue Mountain experience. A tour I personally crafted and which didn't exist in Jamaica until FIWI introduced it. The person that picked you up from your hotel was your guide and driver. The guide you are referring to that you paid is not affiliated with us or the tour. That was a park ranger or worker that solicited their service and you accepted. They are not a part of our tour or offering because we provide everything ourselves that is specified in the tour description. From your booking to the pickup we were in touch via Viator website and WhatsApp and we would have been happy to continue answering any questions, clarifications or concerns you had during and after the tour. Jackson and team were very professional and knowledgeable about Jamaica history and the Blue Mountain landscape. They cautioned safety first while allowing the guests to challenge themselves on the trail. The Blue Mountains are simply breathtaking providing an amazing view of Kingston and immersing guests in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food options were great as well.

Just the right amount of challenging hikes

Jackson took us for a long drive up into the Blue Mountains. Once we got to the park, there were 3 hikes we could do. We did all 3, and the last one was by far my favorite. We went up over the ridge. It was a fair amount of work, we were definitely tired by the end, but not tooo hard. Its walking a trail. The hiking was fun and the view was great. Jackson showed us a lot of things and pointed out a lot of historical/geographical points along the way. A nice private tour!

Nice hiking in a national park

Our friendly and informative guide took us on a nice tour up to the Blue Mountains, offering very beautiful views of Kingston and other areas. Three short hikes in the Holywell National park, in total about 2 hours, some steep parts, a good exercise! Visited a local coffee festival. Before heading back to Kingston we had a rewarding (late) lunch break in Irish Town.
