We tried really hard to have a good day but it was soured from the beginning as our somehow the tour operator had our hotel wrong so they gave us an incorrect pickup time of 7am. We skipped the previous nights entertainment at the hotel and went to bed early in order to get our kids out of bed at 5.30am, had a very poor breakfast at the hotel because the restaurant wasn't open until 7am and then waited outside for half an hour from 6.50am to 7.20am only to then receive a message on WhatsApp telling us the driver had left because he couldn't find us. Turns out they had the entirely wrong hotel and our pick up time wasn't supposed to be until 8.30am! We then went back into the hotel to kill an hour only to arrive back at the pickup point at 8.20 to still not be picked up until 8.50! To say we were frustrated at this point is an understatement. The drive to the boat was fine when it finally arrived. There was a 10 minute break for people to get off and use the toilet which was good. When we arrived at the boat noone really spoke much English which was disappointing for what is described as an English speaking tour. We were confused most of the time about what was happening and when. We made 3 stops around the island but only 2 of them were for swimming. Each stop felt very rushed and there were far too many boats for such a small space so the whole thing felt overcrowded too. The final stop was literally 5 minutes for a short photo opportunity. There was one last swimming spot right before arriving back for the transfer home but it was not a great spot for snorkelling or swimming really as there was nothing around.
The lunch provided on the boat was edible but the drinks were an absolute joke. 4 euros for a tiny can is obscene.
We made the best of the day and the island is stunning but we would absolutely not do this tour again and wouldn't really recommend.

Still no refund recieved for the operator forgetting to pick us up. Absolutely appalling service and promises of a refund in 7 days. It has been a month since this was booked

Boat trip was ok. Very crowded tourist spots. Clearly over commercialised. Lunch has no gluten free option! Breaded chicken with pasta and bread or a manky looking fish with the same..

Suluada is a very popular destination, especially during peak season, and the number of boats and visitors can be high on certain days. While this is beyond our control, we understand that it can affect the overall experience and appreciate your comments.
Regarding lunch, the meal provided on board follows a standard menu prepared in advance for large group boat trips. At present, gluten-free alternatives are unfortunately not available on this excursion, and we regret that this was disappointing for you. Beach was awesome. Boat was clean. Staff was good. Food. Good too
Transportation. From hotel. By a nice driver
Well all of that for less than 25 euro.
Who ever complain. Should travel more.

Too over populated with tourist boats impossible to have room to sunbathe and if it’s the Maldives of turkey then the Maldives beaches must be full of pea shingle and not sand

Food was disappointing with small share plates already on table on arrival, one hot beef dish with rice was nice.
The wine was very bad quality.
Dancers were wonderful although the show was way too long and a bit weird at times even a horse made an appearance.
