It was a lovely relaxing experience. We did get the upsale when we had the massage. The masseur got a lady in to explain he had found a health issue. I wondered what was wrong! Thought he'd found something serious. I was told another thirty minutes working on the issue would sort me out.
It was a shame they didn't speak very good English as we felt we were being given orders.

Very professional great value for money my kids enjoyed as well , Turkish bath followed by face mask /tea then a massage , my wife paid extra and upgraded her massage for 45 euros as her back was hurting and the boys had a swim while we waited . Great experience

After sauna I was rushed straight into the steam room, I had to ask for a shower to cool off first. After the scrub I got a small cup of tea. When I asked for more water, they acted surprised and brought me another 1 dcl of water from somewhere upstairs.
The face mask was a joke. The lady half smeared clay on my face and then I was rushed to the massage room and asked to wash it off before it even had a chance to dry.
The massage was very good, but unfortunately it did not pass without telling me about all the problems I have and which additional treatments I need. With a discount of course, still amounting to 160 eur. I would have enjoyed the massage much more without this sales pitch.
Anyway, for the price I paid it was OK.

Good service for small money. But they need improvement in some areas.examples they use for bath and scrubbing same brash for everyone they need to use new ones for each person because health care and safety. Nice people and great service.

Hotel Transfer war top (pünktlich und sauber).
Im Bad wurden wir über das was alles gemacht wird aufgeklärt, danach gleich das erste Verkaufsgespräche für mehr Anwendungen von 15€ bis 250€ (unser Preis war pro Person bei ca. 17€), ich habe mich dann zu 1x Salz Peeling und meine Frau zu 1x Aroma Öl Peeling überreden lassen. Dann der normale Ablauf, ca. 15 Minuten Sauna, 15 Minuten Dampfbad, Hamam mit Waschen und Peeling, dann weiter zur Öl Massage, dort wurde dann ca. 5-10 kurz der Körper mit leichtem Druck abgeschreckt, dann kam der nette Verkäufer erneut rein und erzählte was wir wo für Probleme und Beschwerden hätten, bei mir wären es 55€ mehr gewesen und bei meiner Frau sollten es dann das 120€ Paket für 100€ sein. Da wir beide abgelehnt haben, ging das Handauflegen der Damen weiter, Öl aufgetragen und mit extra leichten Bewegungen eingeölt (das hätte auch meine 4 Jährige Enkelin gemeistert, wobei sie mehr Kraft benutzt hätte)
Fazit:
Positiv: Ambiente, Sauna, Dampfbad, Hamam und Peeling waren super.
Negativ: Die Massage kann aber nur mit mehr Geld genossen werden.
